The Ritz-Carlton, Naples

Nothing better than Christmas time here at the Ritz-Carlton. A one night stay after work for a little Rest and Relaxation and it was totally needed after a busy day of driving from home to Miami airport and then to Naples airport to see customers The grounds and the lobby were decorated to the max!!! Beautiful colors with matching gold and silver trees and ornaments. Towering Christmas trees that were high, elegant and bright in the main lobby area. Now for the beautiful Gingerbread house that was so beautiful, and yummy and surrounded by at least over 100 Christmas trees in the Grand Ballroom. It was truly a winter wonderland. The bakers of the R-C did an excellent job in creating a masterpiece of a display. High and big and tastefully attractive. Great idea to have it in the main ball room and in its own glory. It use to be in the main lobby of the hotel. Now for our stay. A pleasure to check at the front desk. A smooth, easy transition and we went up to our room, 1255, showered and changed and we headed back downstairs to the Club lounge where we met our favorite hostess where Jane, Patty and Nancy greeted us. Pouring our drinks was Katherine who we had a great conversation with a few cocktails and snacks. The next day for breakfast was Esmeralda who we love. Always there to serve us and great attentive service. We love the club lounge!!! Can't forget our friends at the valet and bellman. Bellmen David, Jeffery and Juan, the best!!! And to Tate who got our car in a timely matter. For dinner we stopped by at the Grill with no reservations. We wanted to take a look and see but they took us in and got seated at a great table. It was truly awesome to get greeted at the door and at the table by the front hostess, then one of the head waiters Alameder, then the house GM Brian, the Sommelier Lamar, and our server Wes and his assistant Dinda. One of favorite piano players, Addie, who is also known as Lady Fingers, was making beautiful music for all while we dined there for the night. Overall, we love this R-C, with great service, awesome friendly staff, beautiful property and a nice and relaxing stay. We will be back!!! Merry Christmas!!! From A. Balshi and M. Soo

Gorgeous rooms, beautiful views, amazing service, fantastic restaurants and food. Attention to detail superior than the rest. I don’t love sand and beach vacations aren’t my preference, but all I wanted to do was sit ocean side, under an umbrella. If you are looking for a beach vacation, look no more. Everything is incredibly easy at the Ritz. The staff anticipates your needs before you even know them. Customer service at its finest!

My husband and I stayed at the Ritz last week celebrating our 25th year anniversary and my 50th birthday. We had an amazing time and were treated unbelievably from the minute we checked in until we checked out. Everywhere we went around the property, everyone knew about our special celebration and we were treated well beyond our expectations! They also upgraded us to a beautiful bilevel suite that made our trip even more fantastic! Thank you to the staff of the Ritz Carlton of Naples Florida for making our trip so memorable!

In the words of Tina Turner, the Naples Ritz Carlton is simply the best. I always say it’s the little things that matter most and this hotel exhibited the little things that matter most at its finest. The hospitality is unmatched, from how I was greeted by each staff member, to the impeccable service at the coffee shop, front desk, bellmen, the adult pool and the various restaurants. The ocean front room added the magic touch…I would highly recommend it and I throughly enjoyed having morning coffee and evening tea on the balcony while listening to the ocean waves. Cleanliness throughout the hotel including the hotel and pool bathrooms was superb. Thank you to the entire staff at the Naples Ritz Carlton for making my trip so amazing and relaxing…and one that I will never forget! I can’t wait to return! I’ve seen quite a few sunsets in my day but nothing compares to the sunsets here!

My wife and I planned a stay to the Ritz Carlton Naples to celebrate her birthday. We checked in and were given keys to out two level suite. When we entered the room, the bed was unmade, the trash cans were full and there were multiple dirty glasses of partially drank coffee and the lower level exterior door was unlocked an open ajar. We immediately contacted the front desk and were told they would work on another room. After waiting 30 minutes we were finally contacted by a manager who began the process to find another room. Less than impressive service for a $1,500 per night room.
