We stayed at this hotel for one night. The rooms we small but nice. The employees were top of the line, so friendly. One spoke French and possibly Italian. They were eager to help and answer all our questions. Number 1. The hotel was well situated (not a big city). We could walk everywhere. Everything was close by. Nothing bad to say. They have parking underground.

Hemos pasado 6 noches en este Hotel y nos vamos muy contentos. Teniendo en cuenta que el precio es la mitad que otros Hoteles de la zona, procedo a valorarlo. La habitación genial, buenas camas, limpieza muy cuidada, equipada con todo lo necesario, buena terraza, buen funcionamiento del AA. Las piscinas geniales, aunque hay que tener en cuenta que es un hotel dirigido a familias, y en este caso, con bebés de entre 1 y 5 años, por lo que en la piscina abundan. De todos modos, hay 3 piscinas, y 1 de ellas está apartada para un público más adulto y sin niños. Lo peor: la distancia, a 10 minutos del mar. Y el Buffet del desayuno, ya que los productos son de baja calidad y a partir del 3 día ya has aborrecido todo lo que ofrece. Volveríamos sin duda

A stylish hotel with spartan design, stunning sea views, and a fantastic location right next to the seafront LOCATION: Located in the heart of North beach and with easy access to the castle and all key points of interest DINE + DRINK: Lovely rooftop bar that is not to be missed as well as a chilled-out cafe /lounge near the lobby - both with stunning views of the castle and ocean ROOM: We stayed in Room 301, so this review is based on that; VIEW: Million-dollar views of the sea and castle from the cute balcony attached to the room; SIZE: Spacious enough for 2 adults and simple baggage; AIR-CON: Perfectly functioning cooler that helped in setting the perfect room temperature; BED: Comfortable bed that played the expected part of putting me to sleep; BATHROOM: Stand-in shower; TOILETRIES: Good cosmetics FACILITIES: The biggest letdown was the very pool ‘Gym’ which was nothing more than a tiny room with a couple of worn-out machines! The outdoor pool was decent SERVICE: Friendly staff that took care of all our needs with a smile and made us feel pampered and well taken care of. Special Shout out to ANGELA at the front office for enhancing our stay HOW WIRED YOU WILL BE: Free LOW-SPEED Wi-Fi (around 10 Mbps) that works well all over the property. Huge Plasma TV screen dishing out a wide variety of channels spanning sports, news, music, movies, and entertainment - PRIMARILY IN SPANISH ONLY!

This hotel is front line and looks directly to the Castle. Parking is 10 euro per day very close by. The disabled facilities are almost perfect except for the need of a second grab rail in the disabled toilets and a fixed seat in the shower. Access to all areas is easy in the wheelchair and the staff are amazingly helpful and nice. The price for half board until 1/04/ 22 was 85 euro per night for half board. The breakfast was help yourself and was excellent the meals were menu del dias with a choice of 3 starters 3 mains and 2 sweets, all of which were superb. There are two spar baths that can be booked and paid for extra. Outside ia lovely pool area wit a spar pool and a normal pool. 10minutes steady walk to shops the castle and bars and restaurants etc.

Location very good, room very uncomfortable no chairs or anywhere to sit in the room, the bed has a wooden frame around it so you could not sit on the edge of the bed, if you wanted to have a drink out of the mini bar there was nowhere to sit and drink it, the room has a massive double bath in it which we used once but was a big waste of space, would rather the room to be more comfortable, it was one of the luxury rooms, and to sit down and have a drink of wine we had to go to the beach. Breakfast was a 10 minute walk away to a separate restaurant. For 90 Euros per night excluding breakfast, breakfast was extra

Have stayed in 3 other Servigroup Hotels, all with good service but it has to be said the reception staff at this Servigroup hotel were brilliant. Special mention to Lys, ‘Jesus & Sara. Friendly, knowledgeable, extremely helpful with all their duties carried out in a professional manner. Stayed in the Superior room 5506 with a beautiful view of the sea and the famous castle. Bed very comfortable, walk in shower, hairdryer & toiletries supplied. No kettle in the room. WIFI strong. Cleaning of room done very well. Huge selection at breakfast & dinner. If you don’t want to eat dinner you can swap to lunch instead. Staff all round from dining hall, cleaners and especially reception all friendly and courteous. Walk to Castle around 20 mins. Plenty of restaurants, cafes around the whole area. If flying from Gatwick, fly to Valencia. Out of the airport follow signs to subway Metro trains. Take train to Xativa, €1.75 per person. From Xativa get off train and head for the mainline station Estacio del Nord. From here take train to Benicarlo-*****cola. Tickets cast €9.85 per person on the Renfe website or through Trainline where there is a small charge as well. Journey takes about 1 hr 55min. No refreshments on the train, make sure to buy water or snacks before boarding. Come out of the station, take taxi to hotel, journey about 15/20 minutes, cost €15. If flying from London Stanstead, you would need to take flight to Castillon then take the train to *****carlo. Lovely place to visit and highly recommend this hotel. We had a good holiday. La ubicación excelente, zona muy tranquila y a escasos 5 minutos de ambiente, la habitación y el personal muy bien pero: La comida era malísima, estamos en Castellón y ni una paella comestible, mucha fritanga, poca verdura, las carnes muy duras, el pollo crudo… te salvaban las ensaladas y el desayuno, que, aunque la base principal era él huevo frito, era variado y muy rico. Otra cosa a destacar negativamente es el agua de la piscina, estaba limpia pero la superficie tenía “natillas” y porquería, pasar la red de vez en cuando estaría fenomenal. Y por último la animación: la nocturna… estaba muy bien para la gente mayor, pero para familias… algo más divertido estaría bien. La animación diurna… no dejaba de ser la pintura de dibujos en el interior y juegos repetitivos en el agua, wateepolo mañana y tarde, no animaban a la gente a participar en actividades, etc. como anécdota he de decir q hicieron un scaperoom, cuando mis hijos fueron a participar les dijeron q para el siguiente, pero ese no llegó… Una buena animación diurna y nocturna haría del hotel un espacio divertido en el q pasar el día o una buena velada.
