Hotel Mesra keluarga di Perth

Booked this room for my brother and mother. They throughly enjoyed their stay at Pan Pacific. It’s located near a park which offer an awesome view of the river.

Without a doubt, this is a grand hotel to be staying in, in every sense of the word. This heritage building has been transformed totally in the highest standard with all the modern amenities one can think of. The basic room is very large, 75 sqm, high soaring ceilings with separate area for shower, a freestanding bathtub, dressing and luggage. Sheers, curtains and lighting are operated electrically. Hot water boiler, illy coffee machine and complimentary bar is an added dimension as are ” in- house” COMO reading material. There are several sitting areas in the hotel, a separate library, lobby area, tea lounge/ bar are perfect for reading or relaxing. The view from the lap pool must be seen and appreciated. The restaurants Post and award winning fine dining Wildflower offer choices. The service is top level, courteous staff are all over, proper and professional. This hotel sets itself apart distinctly from all the rest.

Staff all great and rooms of high standard. Shame the offer for $20 breakfast was not every day. Bad luck the day we chose it was not available. Hotel in great location and rooms clean. Stayed on 23rd floor with great views

Lots of the reviews here, I believe, are reviewing Mercure on Hay (the newer, more upmarket hotel and possibly better of the two although I haven’t seen it), whereas lots of reviews in Mercure Perth on Hay are referring to Mercure on Irwin. I’ve compared the photos and the hotel details and official photos are definitely that way round. SO… this one, Mercure Perth (which is on Irwin St) is the bad one. It’s awful. It’s tired, badly fitted out, dingy and I hope never to stay here again. My room was down a corridor of *****ed (and stained) carpet that made me feel nauseous to look at. The room was ok, the bed comfortable, but more stained carpet, and lots of things didn’t work. Several light bulbs were broken, lots of curtain hooks missing, the room safe didn’t work, the bath had a rusty patch in it. The aircon was too cold for me and I followed the instructions to turn up the temperature but it didn’t warm up. Two phone calls and three hours later, someone attended my room, told me the air con wasn’t adjustable as it’s one temperature for the whole building so the instructions were incorrect. He turned it off (supposedly) and I then spent my stay with no aircon although the room was still cold and not stuffy and the control panel didn’t say ‘off’ so I think the whole thing was just BS and they couldn’t be bothered to deal with it or give me another room. Staff care factor of the attendant was zero, and of the front desk staff, close to zero. I got woken up in the early hours of the morning several times by skip bins being moved around in the laneway outside (very loud chains being dropped in the skip bins and noise reverberation). The next night the fridge started making such a loud noise in the middle of the night that I had to turn it off and use the spare towels to absorb the water as it defrosted. I’m just curious why Mercure keep this one running. Perhaps it’s set at a different price range but it’s not doing their brand any favours with two Mercure hotels so close together, especially with all the reviews mixed up.

Loved our one night staycay at ritz carlton. We arrived early and were able to check in early with no fuss. When I booked there were no rooms left with a king bed and river view so had to book 2 doubles but I requested it upon check in and they sorted it for us. The room was amazing, fantastic views, very spacious, clean and modern The pool area is great, we ordered lunch and cocktails that we had poolside in the sun Went back to our room and there was a bottle of bubbly in there with a note to someone else for their anniversary which was a little strange. We were there for my husbands birthday and there was no mention of that even though I made them aware so maybe they got their notes mixed up. We ate in hearth restaurant which was delicious, although service could have been quicker!! The songbird bar was lovely- will definitely return there Breakfast was amazing, so much choice. We couldn’t order items; it was buffet only which was disappointing initially but the quality of the buffet items made up for it. We were able to continue using the facilities after check out. Wish the sauna and hydro therapy pools were not gender segregated

Really happy with our 3 nights stay here. Thank you Daniel and his team for the warm welcome and service. We stayed in 2 bedroom apartment, our balcony is facing the sea. Room was clean and comfortable. Serviced everyday and provided with all teas and coffees. Has full kitchen (microwave, oven n dish washing machine). Hotel has complimentary laundry facilities at level 2 (2 washing machines and 2 dryer). Hotel location is good and accessible. Can take bus 990 directly to from Perth busport to hotel. Bus stop is right in front of the hotel. Hotel is within walking distance to beach, Coles supermarket and restaurants. There are a bakery shop and Domino pizza at the hotel building. Along the beach has a whale playground which is nice for the kids to play. We enjoyed our stay here and hope to be back again.

We absolutely loved our stay at St Catherines on Park the apartment was clean, modern and close to the Hospital which was the reason for our stay. My Mum had to stay by herself for a few nights and felt safe and comfortable at the apartment and to be walking to and from the Hospital by herself. We would highly recommend this accomodation!!!!

We had a really good time at the Vines. Our rooms overlooked the vines courtyard which was gorgeous! Kangaroos are the highlights, making their appearance everywhere you go especially early in the morning coming to say “good morning” 🥰. Yes it does need a little bit of work in its maintenance. We did have a few hiccups with housekeeping and relaying your concerns to front desk was not pleasant but it got dealt with in the end. I would not penalise this beautiful place just for these little mishaps which can be solved with better training. The location and the setting is truly breathtaking and my son thoroughly enjoyed himself. My sister flew out from Melbourne for a week to come there. Being in the medical field, it was very serene -the perfect place to charge your batteries! and we all can’t wait to be back.

this is a relax space for slowing down life speed. good environment although there is not much facility but the atmosphere is good to rest and reset body. there is a restaurant provides food daily without going far away in good price and quality. comfortable bed inside room and tidy. a coffee machine with free coffee for guests is warmly welcomed. highly recommended and considered will come again with my family.

Wonderful and comfortable stay at this hotel, which had amazing and very helpful staff, easy parking, close to shopping and the freeway.
