We had a very pleasant stay at Novotel Perth Langley. The location is excellent—close to the river and within walking distance to shops and restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast offered a good variety, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming. Would definitely stay again!

This hotel is ideally located for exploring Perth. It’s close to many restaurants and within walking distance of London Street and Barrack Street Jetty, where you can catch a boat to Rottnest Island. The free Perth CAT buses nearby make getting around easy. Facilities are reliable and well-kept, offering everything you need. The standout is the service—staff are friendly and very helpful. The location is unbeatable for accessing Perth’s attractions. I highly recommend this hotel for its convenience, excellent service, and prime location. Perfect for tourists and business travelers alike!

A bit far from shopping area. Very quiet street at night. Breakfast was ok. Gym has a nice view of swan river.

Straight forward business class hotel. There is a restaurant and an Irish Pub next to the reception. And there is also a breakfast joint across the street. Easy options for quick meals.

Great location in CBD of Perth, well connected with public transport. The hotel room is quite old and basic. Housekeeping was poor, eg blood stain on towel, bathroom floor wasn't vacuumed.

Special shout-out to Ms. Marina at the front desk — her passion for hospitality is unmatched, and she’s always willing to go above and beyond to assist with guest requests. Moreover, the room had noticeable dust, the duvet was not clean, and I found some insects. The facilities feel outdated and could benefit from better maintenance and cleaning.

The room was clean and well-maintained. The hotel's location is excellent, being very close to the city center and also conveniently near the Perth Mint, which makes it incredibly convenient for sightseeing. The breakfast was also quite good, with plenty of fruit.

Stayed at Novotel Perth Langley for a few nights — overall it was a decent experience with some pros and cons. The location is fairly convenient, with a bus stop nearby, which made getting around easy. Just a short walk to the Bell Tower, Swan River, Elizabeth Quay, and central Perth. We also tried walking from the CBD to the hotel, and it took us about 20 minutes on foot—manageable, but something to keep in mind if you’re carrying luggage or prefer to stay closer to the city centre. However, the facilities are quite dated and could definitely use some refurbishment. While the room was clean and spacious, the overall condition felt worn. Also, no bottled water was provided in the room—guests have to go down to the lobby to refill from a water station. This was inconvenient, but thankfully we had brought our own bottles. One positive point is that the hotel provides luggage storage service, which was helpful after check-out while waiting for our flight. In summary, a reasonable option if you prioritise location and basic comfort, but don’t expect modern amenities or top-notch upkeep.

I've stayed there for 5days 4 nights with my family. Room was clean but the amenities is not alot. No minerals bottle water provided. You have to refill water at lobby by yourself. No toothpaste and brush provided. Counter staff were friendly but some of the restaurant staffs were not. Overall I'd rate a 3stars out of 5 for this hotel. Thank you.
