Es un hotel excelente, ubicado al lado de la playa. Hemos realizado una estancia de 4 noches para asistir a las representaciones del Rossini Opera Festival y conocer la ciudad de Pesaro y sus magníficas playas. El hotel corresponde a su categoría y precio, y en todo momento el personal te hace sentir que están pendientes de los clientes y se nota el cuidado en los detalles. Estuvimos en una habitación con maravillosas vistas al mar, muy bien equipada y acogedora. En cuanto a los servicios, el desayuno es uno de los más completos que hemos visto, incluyendo detalles como el pudding de semillas de chia o aguas saborizadas naturales que no son habituales en los desayunos de los hoteles. El lido es muy bonito y el servicio de playa incluido en el precio ofrece sombrilla, dos tumbonas muy cómodas, toallas, dos botellas de agua fría y un arcón para guardar los objetos personales y disfrutar del baño sin preocupaciones. Tiene también un timbre para avisar al personal que atiende la playa mediante el cual se puede encargar comida o bebida en cualquier momento (de pago), procedente del restaurante. A pesar de estar al lado de la playa, está muy cerca del centro de Pesaro y el paseo es muy agradable. Nos ha gustado mucho, hemos estado muy cómodos y esperamos repetir el próximo año.

L'albergo avrebbe bisogno di essere ristrutturato. Allo stato non dà assolutamente l'impressione di essere un 4 stelle ma piuttosto un 2 stelle e mezza (tre non le raggiunge). Il personale, soprattutto quello alla reception è stato gentilissimo e cortese a cambiarci la stanza di prima assegnazione che, posta all'ultimo piano, era di uno squallore unico. Ce ne hanno poi concessa una al primo piano, grande, ma con tendaggio lacerato e rubinetteria risalente verosimilmente al secolo scorso. In compenso l'hotel è ubicato in una posizione centralissima e vicina sia al mare che al centro storico. Mi domando: perché non intervenire rimodernando l'albergo?

We booked an overnight stopover at the Hotel Caeser in June 2022. This is a typical Italian seaside hotel and the clientele is predominantly Italian. Location It is in a quiet position about 100m from the beach ie. One block back from the beach front. It took about 10 minutes to walk into the historic centre. The road is one way with pavements and a cycle path. We took advantage of pre-booking a parking spot in the car park at the hotel rather than fight for a parking space on the street. Restaurants, bars and shops are about 100m away. Accommodation Our double bedroom was a good size on the top floor with its own terrace. Bed was comfortable, but the pillows were a bit firm for me. The bathroom was compact but not too small with a shower. There was a safe and fridge. If you like to make your own coffee/tea, then you need to bring your own kettle which is normal for small hotels in Italy. Food and drink There’s a small bar and lounge. Drinks are a reasonable price and you can sit on the terrace watching the world go by. Breakfast is a good continental breakfast in the breakfast room which is light and airy. Staff Reception staff were helpful and friendly. They spoke some English so if you don’t speak Italian it won’t b a problem. Pool There’s a lovely small pool with a few chairs (not loungers) on the second floor with super views. We had it to ourselves the afternoon we arrived which was nice. Overall we really enjoyed our stay. Yes some of the furnishings are a bit dated, but the position, car parking and friendly staff more than compensated. We would definitely go again.

Wir haben knapp zwei Wochen im Hotel Bellevue verbracht und kommen bestimmt wieder. - Lage: Die Lage ist genial. Man ist zu Fuß schnell in der Altstadt und hat einen schönen Spazierweg über die Strandpromenade bis zum Hafen. Der Strandservice ist nicht inkludiert, das Team vom Bea Beach aber durchaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. - Essen: Wir haben nur das Frühstück eingenommen. Das Buffet war nicht außergewöhnliches, jedoch für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Wir hätten uns über mehr Abwechslung gefreut. - Hygiene: Das gesamte Hotel wirkt sehr sauber. Auch das Zimmer wurde gut gereinigt. (Besonders nach einer kleinen Beanstandung.) Ein häufigerer Handtuchwechsel (zumindest alle 2 Tage) wäre wünschenswert. - Zimmer: Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Aufpreis für den Meerblick. Das Zimmer hatte für vier Personen eine wirklich gute Größe und auch der Balkon bot viel Platz. - Personal: Das Personal war durchwegs freundlich und hilfsbereit. Man fühlte sich willkommen und wohl. Besonders Greta und Matteo (die beiden Animateure) gaben ihr bestes und wurden von unseren Kindern jeden Tag gern gesehen. - Kritik: ＞ wir wissen, dass die Zimmer umgebaut werden. Aktuell wirken sie wirklich sehr, sehr veraltet. Vor allem Kleinigkeiten wie zB.: die Seifentasse, oder das Glasregal im Badezimmer sind so voller Kalkflecken. Hier ist eine Investition nicht groß und würde dennoch das Zimmer gleich hochwertiger aussehen lassen. ＞ Unterschrift bei der Bar. Diese wurde irgendwann nicht mehr verlangt. In der Gesamtabrechnung haben wir dann im Auto festgestellt, dass und Getränke, die wir definitiv nicht getrunken haben, verrechnet wurden. (Wir haben einmal auf die fehlende Unterschrift hingewiesen, da sagte der Barkeeper, dass diese nicht nötig sei).
