A true heritage property with just the perfect blend of modernity. The hospitality from the staff perfectly matches core values of Rajasthan. The road to hotel is indeed quite narrow but the service, the ambience and the property itself is unmatched in Phalodi.

Zone palace is the best property of phalodi, it's heritage property. Staff is very friendly and food quality is very delicious. Thanks to Bhawani Singh ji general manager of this property. If you coming to phalodi, it's beautiful heritage property to stay here. The best arrangement Good decoration Good food Very good hygiene Best experience Best facility Very kind people Swimming pool for relaxation One of the best place to stay in phalodi No complaints for any thing Safest palace zone palace best support by Ravi Kalla in front office

Excellent facilities; international standard, historic haveli. Fabulous restaurant and service. Bahadur and Ravi in particular were helpful and nice. The porters were also great, and experience was good from start to finish. Rooftop nice too

Satisfied with the services received from Neta Ram, Shyam and other members of the the hospitality team for their great services.would love to visit again. All the staff have been very courteous and well groomed giving a homely feeling of the haveli.

Very good heritage look, ambience and good behaviour of staff. Recommend to stay once. The food of the hotel was very tasty and it is family friendly hotel. We enjoyed a lot here and this hotel also has swimming pool which was very neat and clean and the water was also hot and room was neat and clean

Ita a vintage haveli modernised. So the rooms are a little small but overall full haveli experience. Very nice accommodating staff. Food is good. Chef Neta ram is very caring and understanding. We had 3 children and he made sure all of them were fed good food.

Wonderful stay. Super comfortable. Felt like staying in a royal palace. The best part was cleanliness with all the facilities that 4-5 star hotel would provide. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Hotel staff is also very cordial and assisted in all feasible way. We arrived late a night and the staff here waited and were awake for us to assist us. It was really a great experience! Made our Rajasthan trip memorable forever.
