In fact , we had a good rest stayed in here during our weekend, my room 310. according to my point of view are, the resort facilities itself are still good in condition after almost 2 decades, particularly fabulous breakfast, yet i like the swimming pool here much ever, has warm crystal water sparkly keep you swimming, soak in water hours wiithout getting cold and twinkly plus pool bar are superb. Unfortunately, i observed the soft part here means human who are service staff across departments does not meet 5* standards such as : 1/ at reception their welcome guest procedures was not satisfied, the receptionist lady spoke speedy caused i could not catch her message at all, spa staff said to me there is not spa menu in the room i think that is poor equiped for 5*. 2/ at evening time, i had some beer at te restaurant located underneath the reception area, the lady service staff told me that my bill at 77,000vnd was unable to close because i did not depsosit 6,600,000vnd at check-in time. I got so mad with this kind of manner and treated their guest in house. cause then i insisted to meet Victor and Ms. Bích for my complaint. Victor seem very hospitable and sincere in apologies and listening to my complaint. 3/ the service staff at the pool bar need to be trained more and more in service attention, i wanna to have some drinks but nobody saw my hands and handphone flashlight have being waved continuously. 4/ i love most resort saturday buffet by the pool and beach area, all food are so delicious and thanks Victor for 1 round of drinks on you and courteous welcome by a lady who i guessed she is an outlet head, i missed asking her name, pity for that. 5/ I see the resort merely lack of man-power in front of the house, cause poor service attention, example my table was not clear-out in time, left used tableware for long until i must waved hands even in breakfast time happend the same. 6/ Majority service satff here are not hospitable and really lack of smiles on their face, they just do their jobs hardly like a robot without feeling of their guest around. Anyway, overall i had good stay here beyond above dislike points ruined and destroyed all my mood and your guys effort. I grateful for your team efforts during my stay. Hopefully next trip could be better service provided namely HUMAN AND HUMAN. Thanh The, Nguyen
