During peak usage there is not enough water pressure to use the shower or flush the toilet. We went for a day without being able to use the shower or bathroom faucet because improperly wired water heater with a faulty GFI switch. I was first shocked while taking a shower then my wife while using the sink. Hotel staff came to the room to assess the problem - they were unable to shut the electricity off to the heater so he told us to use cold water and wear flip flops when using the shower or sink - then to prove it was safe he touched the sink and was shocked himself. An electrician came this morning to ”fix” it but I have no confidence in the repair as the fault switch still does not turn off and a haphazard mess of poorly taped together wires still hang down. There are no telephones in the rooms - cannot call hotel staff or for room service. Despite upgrading and moving into a suite there is nowhere to put luggage, and only a coat rack to hang clothes (no closet) - room furnishings are woefully inadequate. The doors and windows are all wooden framed and do not open close or lock well - the wood is warped and metal hinges corroded making it difficult to open, close, and lock windows & doors. The television is about the size of my computer monitor, the stairs are narrow and hotel staff does not help with luggage. Everywhere I look things are broken and repaired in an ugly and dysfunctional manner. Online this is listed as a 3-star facility - which can no way be the case. Although the pool & garden are beautiful, the hotel is in a very run down condition. It is my opinion they either need to convert to a homestay and lower prices or completely renovate.

酒店環境很好，靠海邊沙灘，海店後面就能看到海，唯一美中不足就是枕頭偏硬，兩個枕頭要是一軟一硬就更完美了，不過這樣的價格已經性價比很高了，如果下次來還會選擇這一家！

This hotel is ideally located in Mui ne. The rooms are over 2 levels with bungalow types and all have a seating area that I see. The place is old but clean. Breakfast is great value and the dining area is clean. The rooms are basic but again clean and the pool was very nice. This is on the beach but unfortunately you cannot access this as the see has come in closer. The staff are lovely here and I would recommend this place. The location is good everything was within walking distance

Die Anlage ist ein familiengeführtes Hotel in welchem wir sehr herzlich empfangen wurden. May ist eine liebevolle und fürsorgliche Gastgeberin. Jeden Tag hat sie uns mit ihrem selbstgemachten Frühstück verwöhnt. Die Zimmer waren sauber und groß. In unmittelbarer Nähe befindet sich ein Food Court in dem man abends hervorragend essen kann, ob vietnamesisch, indisch, thailändisch, für jeden Gaumen etwas dabei. Danke an May für eine tolle Zeit. Biliknya bersih dan bersih, berventilasi dengan baik, dan pantai terletak tepat di seberang jalan. Terdapat banyak makanan berdekatan, yang senang. Tetapi air mandinya tidak panas, dan berus gigi menumpahkan rambut semasa menyikat. Walaupun ia digunakan sekali sahaja, pengunjung juga harus mempunyai pengalaman yang lebih baik dan berharap ia dapat ditingkatkan pada masa akan datang.
