Man I love the Spa I just have to say that opening up your pores in steam fresh air a great experience for anybody that tries it if you haven't I highly suggest it it is so relaxing with an extreme satisfaction.

Wonderful resort in a tropical, well-maintained garden. Additionally paid massage is good value for money. Breakfast - wide choice of tasty dishes. Later in the afternoon - restaurant a la carte. Staff - really friendly and helpful. Pleasant, relaxing stay after 10-day-travelling around Vietnam. Pools - really refreshing water, nice pool bar. Beach - fine, wide but the sea rather rough in February, rather for surfing, kite surfing not swimming. I recommend the stay here. Unfortunately, the area outside the resort premises - poor, dirty and neglected.

I spent only 1 night in this resort but my experience is absolutely wonderful, don't even want to go outside. The resort is located in a small road, so you have to walk around 200 meters from the main road to get there, but it will help you to escape from the dusk and the noise of the main road. The building is a little bit old but cleaned and well-maintained. My room is spacious and have a beautiful view of the pool and the beach. This is the place you can enjoy a peaceful vacation with hypes of tree, a big pool and a beautiful private beach which will make you want to stay in the resort whole day. Highly credit to the staffs as well because your guys are very helpful and make me feel very comfortable whenever I need any assistances. I will definitely come back again with my family.

Do not stay at this hotel. Have stayed in many hotels across SE Asia so am used to things like musty smells and occasional cockroaches etc. First impressions of the hotel was not good. No front desk staff on site (at about 4pm). A security guard called the staff member who showed up 15 minutes later by motorcycle. Whilst waiting we looked around. Seating in waiting area full of mold. Pool was full of algae and broken tiles. None of the facilities (playground, benches, gardens) were present. The beachfront area was crumbling and had exposed wiring. This was a common theme around the grounds. The beach itself was disgusting. Covered in garbage. There were aggressive stray dogs wandering the property. We were booked to stay in a beachfront room. Upon entering the room we saw cockroaches scattering everywhere (about 20) and the room smelt extremely bad of mold. You could see where they had painted over the mold to hide it. The bedsheets were dirty and covered in fine debris like they had sanded the walls without drop sheets. We returned to the front desk via a dangerous walk along the pathway filled with holes and no lighting. The front desk were not helpful. Showed us another room which was the same. We said we wanted our money back to which they refused. They had zero facilities open. No restaurant, no spa, no gym which we pointed out. They said too bad. A manager would not come to speak to us until 10am the next morning but we refused to stay the night. Moved to another hotel but returned in the am to speak to the manager who didn’t appear from their office til 11am. Then had discussions that just went round and round for two hours. The manager would say one thing and then deny it. Left in the end as it was getting nowhere and called AMEX who sorted a charge back. The hotel does not have cheap prices and they should be ashamed of themselves for their business practices and the standard of the hotel.

The resort is all extensive that you do not even need to leave the resort. The location itself is great if you want to have a quiter retreat, away from the bustling of Mui Ne. It takes about 15 - 20 minutes drive to central Mui Ne. Though, everything is here and you can spend days without going out. Every morning, I am awaken by the birds chirping and sounds of the crickets instead of the hustling and bustling of the city or traffic so this is good. I find that the staff were extremely helpful, breakfast was great and the guest relation officers who are always ever-willing to provide some insights. Their tours are somewhat comparable to outside prices (especially for a personalised one as compared to shared tours). There is a lift directly opposite to my room, and I could hear people drunkenly walking to the lift or talking while waiting for it. The resort has predominently European tourists who at times could be rowdy and difficult as they kept cutting me when I wanted to check-in disallowing the receptionist to focus on me. Nevertheless, the treatment provided by the staff are the same. I only have one major issue where I had booked a massage and the masseuse waited in the room for me to undress instead of allowing me time to prepare myself which is the norm. There were also no drinks (as per normal customs) provided after the massage for a resort that is of such high luxury.

We stayed from the end of February until the beginning of March 2020. The weather was very warm, with sunshine throughout the day and the temperature 32 C° or more. The hotel area is average size and the staff takes a very good care of it daily, therefore there is a lot of beautiful flora and fauna to see. Food was also very delicious. You can choose between European and Asian cuisine. We mostly tried Asian and were not disappointed. The restaurant staff were outstandingly polite and well-mannered. Especially a man in his middle 30s/40s and a woman with shoulder-length, loose hair. They noticed everything and always granted our wishes regarding the food and the drinks, so I do not exaggerate when I say that they made our vacation a memorable one! I highly recommend the hotel and hope you will enjoy your time there as much as we did.

Это зелёный оазис в Муйне. Очень много персонала, особенно садовников и у каждого своя роль! Гости отеля в адеквате. Никакого ”Тагила” здесь нет. На субботу и воскресенье как и в целом по Вьетнаму загруженность выше, чем в будни, может быть плотненько, но шезлонги на море всегда свободны. Заняты были на 30-40 % возле моря в июне 2024. Сюда едут за релаксом и комфортом! Только море с волнами для кайт сёрферов. Но мы с ребёнком были в основном в бассейне, так как ей бассейн в радость. Жили в номере в корпусе нова на 4м этаже. (Заранее просила отель об этом, все предоставили как надо). Отлично тихо и слышно шум моря. Все насекомые внизу! Были 5 ночей. Очень рады и вернёмся еще когда нибудь! В отеле брали только завтраки, на обед всегда ели фрукты, а на ужин вдоль по улице много ресторанов. Предупреждаю: в Муйне повсюду летают какие-то мошки, с первого дня купите местные спреи и используйте. Я думаю это характерно для этого района, потому что в Нячанге например их не было вообще.

Resort có nội thất sang trọng, kiến trúc tao nhã. Tông gỗ trầm ấm, nhã nhặn khiến mình cảm thấy vừa sang trọng vừa ấm áp. Hồ bơi đẹp: có một hồ bơi và một hồ thuỷ lực ngay bên biển có thể massage thư giãn thoải mái. Vị trí ngay trung tâm, bước ra là các cửa hàng, nhà hàng, khách sạn, khu bờ kè ăn uống sầm uất, bình dân. Nhân viên thân thiện, ăn sáng chưa được đa dạng - có thể mình đi vào ngày khách đoàn nhiều nên đồ ăn sáng hết rất nhanh và hơi ồn ào. Nhìn chung, đây là một nơi lí tưởng để thư giãn và trải nghiệm.

After traveling the length of Vietnam, we wanted a few days of relaxation. The only negative thing I can say is that we didn't stay longer. What a beautiful, luxurious and relaxing place! It's right on the beach, too! We had two rooms and they put us on the second floor, so we could just walk across the landing to the other room and there were no other rooms up there. It was almost like having a suite (and comfy beds!). The facilities were great and the staff were very friendly, helpful, and service-minded. We had problems with our next accommodation in Ho Chi Minh City (a fire in the building), and Kristy (general manager) and her staff went above and beyond what we expected, doing everything they could to help us find new accommodations. They even instructed the driver to wait until we were checked in as we had problems with a non-existent hotel (long story). That was such an excellent suggestion as he waited and drove us to another hotel. We cannot recommend Blue Ocean Resort enough! It is a little oasis from the busy streets of Vietnam. Such a relaxing stay!

Отдыхали в сентябре 2024 года, здесь это несезон). В море зайти было невозможно - сильные волны, сбивающие с ног. Небо пасмурное и пол дня идет сильный дождь. Но в целом, прекрасный пляж: чистый, широкий, с отличным песком. На пляже покусывают мошки. Территория отеля очень красивая, зеленая и ухоженная. Есть пруд с рыбками. Бассейн хороший, с разной глубиной и красивой подсветкой, работает допоздна. Завтраки неплохие, не очень разнообразные по части вторых блюд и фруктов, но очень вкусные - есть отдельная станция по приготовлению супов и блюд из яиц. Ресторан большой с видом на бассейн. Народа в отеле очень мало. Дружелюбный и приветливый персонал, девушка на рецепшн помогла нам разобраться с посадкой на слипбас - созванивалась с компанией. Расположение отеля слегка на отшибе и вдалеке от дороги Фантьет - Муйне. Рядом напротив только пара кафешек и магазинчик на дороге. Wi-Fi на территории отеля в целом нормальный, но иногда пропадает.Номер был на втором этаже - просторный с классной террасой, все работает.
