Very very (very!) clean and modern room. Well maintained and everything functional. Bed comfortable. Only downside was the noise of the returning guests in the event and echo is hotel corridor but this was a problem we had in every hotel for 2 weeks in Vietnam. We had a family room with a double + bunk. Looks like (almost?) all rooms have a balcony. Location was quiet and super close to a little square that had electric motorbikes, cars and tricycles on offer for VND25k / 30 minutes which my 9 yo loved.

음.. 일단 주변에 아무것도 없어요. 최소 편의점이라도 있으면 좋겠네요. 아마도 기존 건물을 리모델링 한 것 같습니다. 깨끗한 편이긴 한데, 오래된 느낌도 있긴 해요. 조식은 그냥 간단하게 쌀국수 줍니다. 하루정도 숙박하기에는 나쁘지 않아요.

We planned an extended trip to TTC Hotel, easy to search on google map. The rooms are clean, the breakfast is great, and the pool are beautiful and well maintained. The reception staff was very friendly and we were impressed to the last detail. If we come back to Phan Thiet, we will definitely stay at TTC Hotel again!

Khách sạn nằm giữa Phan Thiết và Mũi Né nên thuận tiện trong việc đi vui chơi cũng như ăn uống. Trang thiết bị khách sạn tuy đã cũ nhưng vẫn được bảo dưỡng thường xuyên, nhìn chung là ổn. Hệ thống nước nóng lạnh và máy lạnh làm việc tốt. Nhân viên nhiệt tình, thân thiện. Bữa sáng không có nhiều món đa dạng nhưng món ăn và nước uống cũng khá hợp khẩu vị. Khu vực hồ bơi, bãi biển được dọn vệ sinh sạch sẽ là một điểm cộng. Nhìn chung mọi thứ đều khá ổn trong tầm giá, không có gì nổi trội nhưng cũng không có gì đáng để chê. Thích hợp gia đình và nhóm bạn nhỏ đi chơi cuối tuần tránh chốn xô bồ.

PPengguna TetamuOur stay at APEC Mandala in Mũi Né was an amazing experience! The hotel offered everything we needed for a relaxing family holiday.
One of the highlights was the three fantastic swimming pools, all of which were kid-friendly. One pool had a special area for children to play and warm water like a hot tub—ideal for little ones. It’s worth noting that pool access is not included in the hotel stay and costs 150,000 VND per day for the whole family, which we found reasonable.
The location is perfect if you’re planning to visit the nearby White Sand Dunes, as it’s conveniently situated for that excursion. However, it is a bit farther from the city center, where most attractions are located. That said, transportation is easy and affordable—a taxi will cost around 160,000-200,000 VND, or you can rent a scooter directly from the hotel for just 200,000 VND.
The hotel amenities were excellent, and the service was top-notch. The staff was attentive and friendly, with the person assisting us going above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. They also spoke English well, which made our experience even more enjoyable.
Although we didn’t try the food at the hotel, there were plenty of shops and restaurants within the building offering fresh, affordable, and delicious meals. Additionally, the supermarkets on-site stocked everything we needed, from swimming gear to everyday essentials.
APEC Mandala is a fantastic choice for families or anyone looking for a peaceful and convenient stay in Mũi Né, especially if visiting the White Sand Dunes is on your agenda. We would highly recommend it!

PPengguna TetamuThe resort is all extensive that you do not even need to leave the resort. The location itself is great if you want to have a quiter retreat, away from the bustling of Mui Ne. It takes about 15 - 20 minutes drive to central Mui Ne. Though, everything is here and you can spend days without going out. Every morning, I am awaken by the birds chirping and sounds of the crickets instead of the hustling and bustling of the city or traffic so this is good. I find that the staff were extremely helpful, breakfast was great and the guest relation officers who are always ever-willing to provide some insights. Their tours are somewhat comparable to outside prices (especially for a personalised one as compared to shared tours). There is a lift directly opposite to my room, and I could hear people drunkenly walking to the lift or talking while waiting for it. The resort has predominently European tourists who at times could be rowdy and difficult as they kept cutting me when I wanted to check-in disallowing the receptionist to focus on me. Nevertheless, the treatment provided by the staff are the same. I only have one major issue where I had booked a massage and the masseuse waited in the room for me to undress instead of allowing me time to prepare myself which is the norm. There were also no drinks (as per normal customs) provided after the massage for a resort that is of such high luxury.

PPengguna TetamuWe stayed 4 nights at this hotel Overall the facilities are second to none and the staff is really friendly. But there were some things that surprised us a bit. Example 1 Upon arrival we got the opportunity to pay 30 % upfront. If we didn’t do that, we didn’t have the opportunity to put drinks, food etc. on the room, but we would instead have to pay cash (or credit card) each time. We asked why, but we didn’t really get an explanation about why that was the policy. We have never tried to pay deposit like that on a 5 star hotel before. Example 2 As mentioned earlier there are nothing to put on the staff. They are super service minded, polite and friendly. But when we are at a hotel like this, we expected the staff to at least speak some English. Of course some of them spoke ok English, but in general we used a lot of pictures and Google translate, just to be able to communicate properly. Example 3 Mini bar selection. When you open the freeze in the room it is empty. So the concept is that you shall contact them every time you want something. The selection was a little poor in our opinion. For instance no chips, Oreos etc, but just mainly something to drink.

In fact , we had a good rest stayed in here during our weekend, my room 310. according to my point of view are, the resort facilities itself are still good in condition after almost 2 decades, particularly fabulous breakfast, yet i like the swimming pool here much ever, has warm crystal water sparkly keep you swimming, soak in water hours wiithout getting cold and twinkly plus pool bar are superb. Unfortunately, i observed the soft part here means human who are service staff across departments does not meet 5* standards such as : 1/ at reception their welcome guest procedures was not satisfied, the receptionist lady spoke speedy caused i could not catch her message at all, spa staff said to me there is not spa menu in the room i think that is poor equiped for 5*. 2/ at evening time, i had some beer at te restaurant located underneath the reception area, the lady service staff told me that my bill at 77,000vnd was unable to close because i did not depsosit 6,600,000vnd at check-in time. I got so mad with this kind of manner and treated their guest in house. cause then i insisted to meet Victor and Ms. Bích for my complaint. Victor seem very hospitable and sincere in apologies and listening to my complaint. 3/ the service staff at the pool bar need to be trained more and more in service attention, i wanna to have some drinks but nobody saw my hands and handphone flashlight have being waved continuously. 4/ i love most resort saturday buffet by the pool and beach area, all food are so delicious and thanks Victor for 1 round of drinks on you and courteous welcome by a lady who i guessed she is an outlet head, i missed asking her name, pity for that. 5/ I see the resort merely lack of man-power in front of the house, cause poor service attention, example my table was not clear-out in time, left used tableware for long until i must waved hands even in breakfast time happend the same. 6/ Majority service satff here are not hospitable and really lack of smiles on their face, they just do their jobs hardly like a robot without feeling of their guest around. Anyway, overall i had good stay here beyond above dislike points ruined and destroyed all my mood and your guys effort. I grateful for your team efforts during my stay. Hopefully next trip could be better service provided namely HUMAN AND HUMAN. Thanh The, Nguyen

PPengguna TetamuThe place is a little farther from town but still have some cafes/restaurant options in the surrounding area. The room is made up everyday and you’re given fresh towels daily. Breakfast is okay during weekend (booked) because they served it buffet style while on weekdays you’ll be asked to choose between pho and omelet, whichever you choose it’ll be served with fresh fruit slices, dessert (flan) and beverage (coffee or watermelon juice). The room is huge but it could be better with a little renovation or redesigning. Everything in the room looks and feels old. The TV as well was in a weird spot (atop the closet) . Anyway, it’s a decent place to stay in Mui Ne without breaking the bank. PS: the beach has rough waves so you cant really swim on it but you can use their pool if you want to dip.

We stayed at the resort as it was a part of a tour we did. This is a lovely, spacious villa but a bit run down. Worst was the service. The people at the reception made absolutely no effort. When we asked about recommendations for dinner she was very rude and abrupt saying go wherever. Shame as the location is quite good and not too far from the resort there were many places for super seafood. Breakfast was really bad. We sat for breakfast around 8.30 am and most of the dishes were empty. You had to ask them for refills. Decent selection of fresh fruit was on offer and the eggs were good. They do have a lovely beach though and right next door there is a super bar with excellent service
