Great location and lovely rooms. Falls short of a “5 star” experience though. I feel it is to do with the staff. They don’t seem to be trained to deliver the type of service expected when they charge customers at this level. Food was pretty average as well. We experienced this all over Phuket though. I would recommend sticking to an international brand.

A beautiful place to stay with some signs of wild life (golden tree snake and water monitors) which creates some excitement. Staff very friendly and helpful. Nice food all around . We advise viewers to stay at this resort and, next time at Phi Phi island, we know where to stay .

The best thing of this hotel is that it is the only best hotel with beautiful beach on the island. The hotel staff are all very friendly. However you can’t expect a 5 star decor and amenity in this place as the island is limited in resource. Therefore, the room is very aboriginal. Not too much food choice in the hotel but the breakfast is ok. It is better to eat outside. I think overall the hotel is the best in Phi Phi Island and it is the best you can get here. For the environment, it is the best out of question in the island. Very convenient and relaxing if you like tranquility and friendly environment.

This is paradise. From stepping off the boat, the service at SAii Phi Phi Village has been nothing short of amazing. The check in process is very simple, there is an app which you download that gives you all the information you need. There is a 24 hour buggy service that you can use on the island and the estimated waiting time is around 2-3 minutes which is brilliant considering how many bungalows there are. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, special shout-out to Toomy who took care of us. The beach is crystal clear, If you want an alternative, you could always take a 15 minute walk to the back of the island where there is Lana bay. On you way there you will have a access to small bars and shops. There is also a wide variety of breakfast options. I highly recommend this resort. Thank you SAii Phi Phi🙂

A very cute resort. It’s actually quite spread out but possible to rent or borrow bikes (although limited number so may need to request early).
Huts are nice, clean and have what you need but not particularly luxury. We found some fixtures not very secure.
But you come for the location which is scenic. It’s definitely far off the main town area which you need to take a boat for 30-40 minutes (1200 baht for private long tail each way or use the hotel shuttle for 300 baht each way) and when tide is out you will need to walk in sea (it’s very shallow).
Although hotel restaurants are good quality and breakfast a decent selection recommend you take a walk to the village just behind for lunch and/or dinner.

I recently had the pleasure of vacationing at Saii Phi Phi Island and I couldn't be more pleased with my experience. From the moment I arrived, I was struck by the island's natural beauty - crystal clear waters, lush vegetation and towering limestone cliffs. The hotel itself was top-notch, offering comfortable accommodations and excellent service.
The food was delicious, with a wide variety of local and international options to choose from. I particularly enjoyed the fresh seafood, which was caught daily and cooked to perfection.
The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to make sure my stay was as pleasant as possible. They helped me arrange activities and excursions, such as snorkeling and island hopping, which were truly unforgettable experiences.
I would highly recommend Saii Phi Phi Island to anyone looking for a relaxing, yet adventurous vacation. The island has something for everyone, whether you're looking to unwind on a beautiful beach or explore the local culture and natural wonders. I can't wait to go back and experience it all again.
