Residence Inn is a reliable brand if you want a more spacious room and if you need a cooking area with a reasonably-sized refrigerator. As an Ambassador-level Marriott member, I have been to many Residence inns, this is a fairly good one. My room was clean and the kitchen was in good shape. The front desk staff were helpful. On the other hand, this hotel badly needs an overhaul. Only one of the two elevators was working. The floor buttons in the lone operating elevator were not working properly. There were chips in the paint and small marks on the furniture in my room. There were other issues. I realize that there is nothing the hotel can do it about this, but when the (free) shuttle from the airport is about to reach the hotel they zip around the back of some buildings where there are piles of industrial supplies and garbage. Does not lead to good first impressions....... Also, the first thing you see when you walk in the hotel's front door is the luggage trolleys, which are clearly worn. Breakfast was OK. The food was fine, nothing special. The staff at the front desk were helpful. I noticed they offered the local newspaper, The Philadelphia Inquirer, for free, which made me smile, as that is not a personal favorite. Overall, a fairly good hotel that needs some refurbishing.

The city was covered in smoke from the Canadian wild fires. Derrick at the front desk made it seem like sunshine when you walked in the lobby. He was friendly, professional and happy to see me. During my stay Nicolette was wonderful and helpful. Nickeriah in the breakfast area was delightful in the morning. Very clean and quiet with a shuttle to the airpot

We used the airport parking for a weekend trip. The shuttle did not arrive when scheduled. The attendant at the desk told us it would be here in 3 minutes - we waited almost an hour. Several shuttles (that were not full) went by and said another is on the way shortly. That was not true. We asked for further assistance and the shuttle service was not picking up the phone. On return we called the number listed on the receipt, there was no answer. I called 4x until I spoke to someone, and he still could not give me an ETA. We waited over 30 minutes for a ride back to our car. We will never be using their service again.

y first time staying at Sheraton Suites I was greeted with a warm smile and great energy by staff (Angela) she took time out to explain to me several options such as my parking and the pricing for the continental breakfast, However, Every question I asked she answered professionally my room was nice and comfortable overall the way we were greeted and the hospitality I received from (Angela) the staff at Sheraton Suites made my stay there the best hotel experience I ever had. I will definitely refer a friend or family member

Stayed here for one night to attend a Grateful Dead concert at Citizens Bank Park. We arrived 1.5 hours early but were able to check in. Karen (Front Desk) was so friendly and helpful. We were talking to another couple about directions to CBP and Karen gave us really easy directions so we could avoid I-95. We received a call from her shortly after getting to our room to make sure everything was ok and that we were pleased with the room. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, nice towels. There are no USB outlets in the bedside lamps. In fact, I don't think I saw any USB outlets in the room. I had to charge my phone & watch in a regular outlet at the desk. Hotel was easy to find and a short distance to CBP. Would definitely stay here again.

The sound insulation was bad, can heard the water pipe, the people in the hallway, and the outside cars. If you are a quite sleeper, don't choice here. Overall the value of the cost is okay. The parking charge is not that reasonable.

Everyone I interacted with was friendly and excellent. the location was great, lots of bars/restaurants in the area. It was nice having a couple bars even attached to the hotel. Parking kind of stunk and the valet is pretty expensive but they were friendly and efficient as well. The bests were really comfortable and room was a decent size. There was a couple small snags, one of my coffee cups was dirty and the tissue box was empty. But short of that it was a great stay.
