Great value and location...also friendly staff..just needs a more covieniant smoking area as there snt smoking in the rooms aloud

Not happy with the room( shoddy ) comes to mind .lift only goes to the 4th floor. 5th floor up steep stairs. My room not very good. TV useless, l have mobility issues, so rely on a good tv and WiFi. Which was OK.

Beest location easy to get to the hotel

We booked two Superior Twin Rooms, but the room type we received was not correct. One of the two rooms was way below the standard. In fact, it did not even have a window open to the outside air. The window was facing a visiting room. And one of the walls was partitioned with a hardboard, which was quite unsafe. The table provided in the room was rough and of low quality wood. The couple who had to check in to this room had informed the person who was at the reception about this issue at the time of checking in. They asked for the exact room type that we have paid for. But they were simply informed that room type was not available and were left without any other reasonable option. This is quite frustrating after paying for the rooms in full before coming to Cambodia. Most importantly, at the checkout time, the reception did not take any responsibility for my request to refund at least the price difference to the couple who had to stay in this lower standard room. The receptionist (Somaly) said it's not her business and we should not have accepted the room on arrival in the first place. She did not even bother considering the real situation we had to face. We understand this is very unprofessional and unreasonable. In terms of the room service, we had only two tea bags and two water bottles for the entire three days. Both rooms had a very bad smell, which means cleaning is not done properly. So I have to say that the room service also is not so good.

I stay here regularly for a night before catching early bus to Siem Reap - I love it. Clean, WiFi, inexpensive- suits you, sir! Certainly suits me! Location great - pubs and shop right there - good $2 barbers for the morning trim. Service polite and helpful - I haven’t tried the food because I always leave around 5am. but the scrambled eggs look great. Highly recommended by me . It has become my first choice for stopover - thanks all!

Great hotel with best location and service. Room was very clean and nice. I love to stay here so much. It makes me very comfortable stay, very air conditioner and bed. Staff so friendly and helpful. I would recommend it to others.

Near river side great location royal palace and museum just on the corner..but very thing in the hotel is old ..staff is friendly. And helpful

Good stay, except for a "mad dog" staying directly above my room who is in the habit of dropping heavy items on the floor which I can hear clearly. Well, there are all kinds of pp out there, including "mad dogs".

The hotel is in really good location to all main places you can come on foot The staff of hotel is very polite and try to help with all your problems.

Nice smiling girl at reception(I asked if I could leave my backpack there as I was 3 hours early and would come back at 2pm, she said dont worry your room is ready-so couldnt ask for better greeting than that. Good size room very clean-comfortable bed and pillows and clean workable bathroom with hot water. The view from the window a no no (looking at next door wall but at least let daylight in so not a problem to me. Fridge/kettle/tea and coffee sachels /safe/ all in all for me excellent and a bar and meals available but you are surrounded by restaurants/bars etc anyway so not a problem. 5 minute walk to the river and Royal palace and 10 minute walk to the "action streets"if you must. I booked for 5 nights then extended for another 5 nights without bothering to check other other hotels/guesthouses. so that should say it all.(If you want housekeeping just put the "please clean my room" sign on the door.
