Nilai yang baik dan keselamatan yang baik. Akhlak mereka agak dipersoalkan kerana mereka akan cuba memeras anda untuk wang gila jika mereka fikir mereka boleh terutama pada lewat malam. Mudah untuk memiliki kedai di tingkat bawah walaupun harganya terlalu mahal.

Very disappointing that they told me my room was without windows. I lost the printed cpoy of my booking and my phone has a flat battery that's why I have no proof of what I booked. I have to argue a bit and later asked how much more for a room with a window. They said $2 a day more. I said I'll pay later when I come back but didnt specify if I'll pay through Trip.com or directly to them. When I returned, There was nobody on the reception which looked like an old toll gate booth. I waited till somebody came and told them that the room I booked has windows that has a view of the pagoda. They still insisted that I have to pay the $2 a day extra. Which I now refused to pay and showed them the photo of the double room that I paid for. The woman was cornered and said: "Ok, you don't have to pay"and rudely left. The amenities in the room was 1 cup and saucer 2 small bottles of water, 2 very minute soap, 2 toothbrushes and a roll of toilet paper. There were no coffee, tea, and even a water jug. The stairways and verandas were dusty and huge rats were running near the dustbins.

This hotel is right at the heart of Phnom Pehn. Close to most of the sites to visit, restaurants, bars, etc. Rooms are clean and food options for breakfast is great!

Good hotel but lot of street noise, lack of towels, cable television channels all scrambled

reception wanted me to pay for one blanket on the bed abd and wanted 150 dollar. My name is Marcus Sten Tapio Karhapää and i been in PP for about 20 months. 1x coffee cup, 1 sbeet, electrjc socket that i broke because it was engine that was driving an fiber-nano technology small almost invisible for the eyes into to my eyes and skin AI is here and are threatening are human survival on this planet if dont wake up now and realize this they will take over and use us as their devices UUID. Is it Good Hotel but lake of customer service and support. Well it is ok to stay if you go there sight seeing it is near famous places and beach side.

This hotel is one of my most favourite hotels in Phnom Penh. I am satisfied with the stay.

Overall RS Guesthouse is reasonable value for money. It is located very close to many coffee shops and restaurants, as well as the Mekong river and Royal Palace. You can easily walk to all these places within 5-10 minutes. It's unfortunately not the most modern or cleanest accommodation I have ever stayed in. Rooms and furniture are quite old and in a bad condition, but at least the bed was very comfortable. 👍

Hotel cleanliness not so good, toilet basin water discharge wasn’t easy.

No reception is outside on the side walk Ant n lizards in the room Toilet is very bad smell of drainage they have to fix it n bed sheet torn n not clean. roof is like temporary kind of, it is so hot that take an hour at least to cool the room But location is great

3 flights of very steep stairs, small room, small bathroom, holes in ceiling, door didn't close properly, TV might as well not be in the room with little to no reception, about 6 channels with snowy pictures. Hotel was in a good location, would I stay here again?

It’s worth it! Near the tourist spots. The staff was super kind! Definitely booking again! They didn’t ask me to pay when I overstayed for a few hours. There was a nice cafe where you can relax and kill time!

Just location is good other then services are bed staff don't lover their job... don't want to coprate and help to their guest room cleaning as per demand bed sheets are very dirty even I find out very bed stains facilities are just basic range of brake fast very limited... and I think just little more amount near this location find better option ... Even they did not help full to charge the mobile 📲 on an emergency basis can stay but not more then one night... Even very bed smell in the rooms and mosquito 🦟 also the guest in this room my room no was 305
