Staff very friendly but no one cleaned the rooms but I did like the water feature that dripped from my ceiling

Great boutique hotel with clean, stylish rooms and a cozy atmosphere. The staff were friendly, the bed was super comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. Highly recommended.

Not a hotel, but a guest house level. The hotel room does not have a TV cable connection, no broadcasting, and many things are different from the information provided by the hotel. The stairs leading to the third floor room are so steep that they are dangerous.

Overall it was ok. We were put in a room on 2nd floor. There is no elevator. I requested the 1st floor due to my knee problems. My request was denied as they were fully booked. The stairs were steep. It was really hard to walk up to the 2nd floor. I told them that I will have to cancel my 2nd day since walking up was a hardship. It is then that they relocated us the 1st floor. I still had to take one flight up steep stairs. The bathroom sink faucet was broken and fixed with electrical tape. It sprayed water on us.  I told the front desk and they fixed before our 2nd night. The a/c worked well. Only 2 bath towels provided. No hand towels. They did give us a 3rd bath towel on request. The breakfast was a choice of egg and either orange juice or water. Coffee was extra. Since we were leaving early our last day, we asked if they could provide us, at 7:30 am, with an egg sandwich in the morning before breakfast hours started at 7:45 am. They were able to accommodate us. The rooms were nothing like the photos posted online.

Comfortable boutique hotel within easy walking distance to the riverside. Friendly receptionists and breakfast was tasty. Will definitely return.

Very clean, great location, and good service! Wifi can be spotty and there is gaps in the door which allows many mosquitos into the room.

The staff is very welcoming and adorable. The room was very good as in the photos. I highly recommend and will return as soon as I have the opportunity

Nice hotel clean rooms

Small hotel in a great location (a kilometre walk from the square in the south and the bars in the north). Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was large and very spacious, but all the plug sockets looked as if they were about to fall out of the walls and there was no soap/shampoo in the dispensers in the bathroom.

Everything was decent, not bad but not the best.

It was a rather sweet and refreshing experience, with the rooms being large and amenities being provided anytime. The location was perfect too, with eateries nearby as well as minimarts.

the hotel was very old with most of the things below average

for this amount you can find something more comfortable and with a pool on site, but I will come again because of the pleasant and helpful staff, pleasant atmosphere and convenient location
