Everything was great! The only thing to be aware of is that the building next door is undergoing finishing work, and the workers are there from early morning until late evening, seven days a week. This constant noise can be a bit inconvenient. However, I assume these rooms are sold at a 65-70% discount for this very reason. At such a price, in such a fantastic location, you can easily shift your attention to the many positive aspects.

The first room smelled horrible. The staff was nice enough to let me look at 2 other rooms and I picked the least dirty one, but it still smelled of musk and mold. The gym has a beautiful view. There are basic weights but the treadmill is temperamental. There are 2 cute cafés on the street and great thai restaurant down the street. The pool was also decent. If I could have gotten a refund, I would have canceled the booked. This place has a lot of potential if it is cleaned properly.

This is a great location for scuba divers as it's a walking distance from Chalong pier

Considering the price-quality ratio, this place isn't bad. For the New Year holidays, it was one of the most affordable options. However, the room's renovation doesn't match what's shown in the photos, and some items are broken. If you're just sleeping in the room (the beds are clean and comfortable, by the way) and not spending much time there, I would choose this option over hotels that cost at least twice as much.

The room wasn’t spotlessly clean, but was great for the price and worked out well for me. Location is good, lots of local restaurants to try.

Overall, it's a decent condo. It's clearly showing its age, but it has a nice pool.

Upon arrival, there was no one at the reception desk, so we couldn't check in. A security guard was at the entrance and simply gave us a room key. We had some issues with the room, but he didn't understand English. The rooms were more or less clean, but everything was pretty shabby, and the staff wasn't very welcoming.

I arrived quite late, and there was only one security guard at the entrance handling check-in. They didn't require passport registration; you just needed to give your name to get the key and check in… It didn't feel very safe.

An average condo. The location isn't bad. All amenities are nearby. The condo itself is tired. The only plus is the rooftop pool with a gorgeous view.

There is basically no infrastructure, and everything is broken. However, the surrounding environment is very convenient, with large shopping malls and many cafes suitable for digital nomads.

The check-in took a very long time. Until 2:00 p.m. they didn't give us any information at all. At 2:00 p.m. we realized that they didn't have our room that we had paid for. We started looking for another room in a hurry. The room was dirty. In particular, the sofa was greasy. It could have been washed with washing powder if desired, but this was not done. The room itself was tired. The staff was quite rude and asked to pay extra for something unclear. I refused to pay extra, saying that I had already paid for my stay. Then they said, wait. Well, we waited. I would not recommend this hotel.
