相比之下，天壤之別。這個酒店的設施新，狀態好，客服友好，1067元還帶了早餐。
儘管衹住了一晚，但體驗非常好，值得推薦給愛乾淨又能不花太多錢的遊友。

Stayed for work for a few days, so did not pay out of my own pocket so I cannot talk to value for money. Got a very large room with fridge and microwave, as well as a single cup coffee maker. The room was clean and had a big desk as well as a couch and coffee table. The bed was comfy. The A/C worked well. The bathroom was clean and had nice towels, as well as shampoo etc. Even with a great number of student athletes first thing in the morning, there was plenty of breakfast for everybody, including hot and cold and many options. Coffee available all day. The free WiFi was great and allowed streaming. Linen and cleaning service daily. Can't think of any improvements. Good location off the interstate on north side of Phoenix in walking distance to a variety of restaurant and shops, including a large WalMart with groceries. Staff was friendly and helpful. Did not use pool, but noticed a number of other guests did.

We stayed at the Homewood Suites for 9 nights in January because my husband had surgery at a hospital close by. From check in to check out, we had a great stay. Edward and Kelly at the front desk were always helpful. We liked the fully equipped kitchen in our suite, the full size fridge was great. We never used housekeeping daily, but when they did stop by, they always did an exceptional job cleaning and providing everything we needed. Our room was clean, it was quiet and we slept well. We did heard some freeway traffic but that was minor. The breakfasts were among the best we had, every morning provided oatmeal, yogurt, cereal, breads and bagels, potatoes, eggs and meat that changed daily being bacon, sausage links, sausage patty’s or kielbasa sausage, waffles too. Coffee, tea and juices are provided too. We never used the gym but did sit out by the pool a few afternoons to enjoy the warm weather. This hotel is nicely located close to many restaurants, shopping and Walmart is a 5 minute walk away. Don’t hesitate to stay here, you won’t be disappointed.

My daughter and son in law moved back to the US from London. They arrived tired with 9 pieces of luggage!! When we dropped them off at the hotel, Ravin at the front desk was wonderful! She welcomed them home, explained breakfast/coffee for the morning and put them in a room on the first floor, close to a door (shorter distance to lug all those bags!) The room was perfect-clean and spacious. Thanks for such a great employee and for making their first night back so special!

Hotel is easy to get to. My towels and linen were fresh and white. The hotel is in good shape. Plently of place to walk or run. The only draw back to this hotel is that it may have had the very worst coffee and the day 2 it actully was undrinkable.

Airy, spacious, modern and comfortable. We were very happy with the quick and easy check -in, the ease of parking and the close proximity to shops. Had we more time, I’m sure we would have enjoyed the lobby/library/cafe as well as the pool and outdoor seating. That will have to wait until our return trip. For this time, we happily enjoyed our dinner in the room on the comfortable sofa while watching YouTube videos about our next destination. Loved the new ‘happy sponge’ provided for dish washing as well as the honey hand soap in the bathroom. All in all, a lovely spot to call home for the night.

PPengguna TetamuUpdate: Pretty sure I got a sinus infection from my room. (See review and photos) Not the worst Hotel I've ever stayed in, but the worst Hilton experience so far. The only redeeming feature of this hotel is it's proximity. 1. Proximity to the job site I worked out of 2. Proximity to the Airport 3. Proximity away from crime When I arrived, the atrium was nice and the pool area is actually really nice. When I opened the door to the room, the musty smell hit almost immediately. Thankfully because it's PHX, I was able to open the window and run the fan to get some fresh air into the room. Only after 3 afternoons of doing this same practice did it finally start smelling less musty by Wednesday night. I inspected the HVAC intake and noticed that the filters appeared to have an installed date. I think it says 1-26-2022 (or 1-24-2022) either way I'm no HVAC expert, but I believe even the best filters need to be changed more than that... only 1 out of the 4 toiletries had anything in it or the only one actually working. (see photos) Since I work all day, I didn't feel like making it a big thing at the front desk. Should I have? I guess I could have, but for Hilton Honors users, we have a handy app that lets you use your phone as a key among other features. one of them is to communicate with the hotel. I decided to try it out and sent a message on Tuesday. No response. On my last evening, I sent one other message. (see photos) I'm a fairly forgiving guy, but considering this is one of the only supposed ”4-star” hotels in the vicinity, I was hoping for a little more. They don't service the room but once every 5 days (unless you ask for it, but again; Why have a communication feature if you don't monitor it?) if I come back to Phoenix, This will NOT be my first choice. I'm going to say right now, I'll probably look in nearby Tempe or some other suburb and risk the 20-30min. commute than stay here again.

NNomadineWe landed really late around midnight in Phoenix and had our next flight at 7:30am. So we decided to book a hotel to be able to shower and sleep comfortably for a few hours.
The location for this hotel is just perfect. you can take a really short ride with the sky train to 44th. At the station you head across the road via a covered and beautifully lit bridge and then you reach the station for the regular metro where you literally have to cross just one lane of a road and the hotel is right there. We preferred this option so late a t night because we were very exhausted and tired and didn’t want to wait around for their shuttle bus, which I believe runs every 30mins.
We were greeted very friendly by the front desk supervisor and check in was a breeze.
We had a nice room on the fifth floor, it was quiet, clean and had more amenities than we really needed.
After a hot shower we found a few hours of good rest in a very comfortable bed.
In the morning, checkout was just as easy and the shuttle bus was right there and drove us straight to our terminal. Again the driver was super friendly and helpful.
If we had an overlay in Phoenix again, we would pick this hotel again and recommend it to anyone in the aame situation.

Exterior and lobby look nice, but the rooms had an outdated modern feel, with paint chipping from the ceiling and the shower light flickering like a strobe light. Outdoor pool and hot tub area was a welcome benefit of staying here, but wish the staff would have taken time to remove leaves from the pool. Snacks and their free “breakfast” were very limited. The rooftop patio left something to be desired, like creativity. We did not try the on site restaurant, so I am unable to vouch for the services there. Front desk very accommodating and friendly. We did not try the spa service either as we couldn’t work it into our agenda.

Because there is only one suit they booked someone else in
But they gave us a room with two double beds with no separation
Because we were on the road trip didn’t really mater
If you booked a suite make sure you contact this hotel
For my five years using the same travel agent to travel the world I never have to contact the hotel to confirm the booking

PPengguna TetamuWe made a reservation for Tuesday Jan 24th through Friday Jan 27th 2023. We were with our 2 granddaughters (8 and 10) and needed a room for three nights. When we got into town we checked in and put the room on our debit card The room was in such poor condition that we decided not to stay. The bathtub was cracked and had been repaired several times, in the shower and bathroom tile was coming off and had come off the walls, the kitchenette stove and burners were rusty and poorly maintained, the whole room was in similar condition. We decided to find another hotel, so we checked out and didn't use the room. The front desk employee told us that we had to wait until the next day to talk with the manager. The next day the manager said that we had to pay for the whole 3 days. even though we didn't stay at all. This is just wrong, unethical and dishonest. I'm going to tell everyone I can how HOMETOWNE STUDIOS PHOENIX - DUNLAP AVE stole from us. GUESTS BEWARE.
