Hotel Mountain view di Phoenix

Global Ambassador is new since I was last in the Valley and kept hearing about it so I booked a night to see what all the fuss was about. HiGHLY overrated. If you want to have a drink in the lobby bar and people watch, it's good entertainment but I would never stay there again. Rooms: They're very nice but nothing extraordinary. I'm sure there are nice views of Camelback from the rooms on the backside of the hotel but in front your view is of the valet drive up and aparment building less than 30 yards away. Was awakened at 6:50 a.m. by leaf blowers in front of the hotel. TOTALLY unacceptable. Bathrooms: Again, nice but nothing special and NO rainfall shower or handheld shower option, just a simple wall showerhead. Rooftop: Very lively and beautiful view of Camelback but for some strange reason, they have a covered partition behind the outside tables at the roof's edge that completely blocks the view once you're seated. Didn't understand that. Pool: Tiny and you have to walk out of the front entrance and go outside of the hotel to get to the pool. Very odd setup. Service: The staff was very friendly and helpful, probably the only part of the hotel that reflected the price point they charge. Food: Only had a salad in the lobby bar which was okay, nothing special. I did attempt to order dessert from room service and 30 minutes later when it was due to be delivered, I received a call saying they were out of the item. Overall: extremely disappointing. I've stayed at many, many hotels which were as nice or nice for half or even a third of what GA charges.

We celebrated 2 friends birthdays over a weekend trip. We had to pay extra to guarantee connecting rooms but it was worth it. The hotel is beautiful with several pools and a water park with a lazy river. The only downside was the bathroom floor and shower area could have been cleaner. But Clara Jane was at the check in desk, she was in training still but did an amazing job helping me. She sent a follow up card to our room and birthday treats for my friends. Great personal touches that mean a lot!! The restaurant choices for dinner were limited as one of them was closed for a few weeks.

You can easily reach tourist spots by subway. The facility was new and comfortable. The cleaning staff feels good. The hotel has a dining room.

早期建築由Frank Lloyd Wright設計，Hilton頂尖品牌，慕名而來，不虛此行～環境一流，服務熱情，Wright粉不容錯過！Valet停車65美金（車就停在大門口正對麪露天停車場）/ 自助停要停到後面停車樓，大約25美金一晚。門口小夥子很坦誠，把兩種方式都介紹了一遍，果斷🅿️樓，避免暴晒。前台熱情周到，送歡迎水、地圖，找房間變成了Tour，有趣～夜幕下的華爾道夫彷彿與世隔絕的沙漠綠洲，光從FLW的織塊中漫溢，當初的細節仍能尋到眾多蛛絲馬跡……最有趣的是，據說自Hoover之後的歷任總統都入住過此地，就是找半天沒找到奧巴馬和川普……；）

Pool water was too cold. No self parking available. Gym is small.

Such a great resort! This is the 2nd time I have visited the resort, and the 1st time I have stayed there. The service is quick, everyone is polite and friendly, and none of us had any complaints. I would definitely come and stay there again, and I would highly recommend to families.
