Our entire stay was very easy. Valet was immediately there to assist with luggage, wheelchair and people. Front desk friendly and informative. The room was ADA as requested and easily navigated with a wheelchair. However, the tub was not a walk-in so it was not usable for bathing. Most importantly, the ADA room was on the 3rd floor. If the electricity goes out, the elevators stop and there is no way for a wheelchair bound person to evacuate the building. The hotel is quiet and comfortable, morning breakfast plentiful and departure Valet quick and efficient and very helpful. Our only problem with the hotel was the ADA issue.
