Ulasan Extend-a-Suites

Extend a Suites airport in Phoenix Arizona is a five-star two-star hotel. The room/bathroom was clean and recently renovated the bed was comfortable. There was expected noise since the hotel is next to the airport and highway. If you are sensitive to noise I would wear earplugs. The staff was very friendly and and there was an easy courtesy pickup at the airport. I would recommend calling beforehand to confirm the shuttle is available when your flight arrives. The breakfast at the attached restaurant was delicious and the service was fast and courteous ( the breakfast was not included).

The rooms have bed bugs I’ll never stay there ever, I literally took a few to the front desk yo show them they changed the room but of course they gave me a new room, I was scared to sleep didn’t get any rest nor lay down on the bed. Called the next day after check out and was told I would recurve a refund for one night after booking 3 smh not a good place to stay and on top of that I was bit up from the 2 nights I did sleep in the bed. Price was reasonable but I see why.

I give this hotel a 10 out of 10 great location quiet secluded if anybody needs to get away that's the perfect hotel to go to exclaim as comfortable the rooms are spacious so it's a lot of room to walk showers are amazing everything about that hotel is amazing I will literally recommend anyone to go to that hotel.

Staff can be a little rude, location kinda sucks because the noise from the airport. The rooms are really clean and I never have a problem getting towels from housekeeping. The pool, hit tub, sauna is closed because of "riff rafters" ..bummer
