It was terrible. They kicked me out of the room a day early. Drug transactions on the property. Clerk was rude.

Clean rooms, friendly staff. Zero complaints

The property was poorly maintained. Extremely noisy. Vagrants roaming. Dogs barking.woken up by people sitting in chairs outside my room having a noisy chat fest. Asked politely for quiet and got threatened, violently. Tried getting ice and cubes came out with black chunks. We were provided with one single serve coffee packet, that looked like something had chewed it open. No trash can in the bathroom. . Had to check out at 7:30 am,forcing me to cancel part of my business in town.due to threats of violence. This will now cost me more time and money, as I will now have to plan another trip to make up forthe lost time. This is unacceptable. I am a very disappointed customer.

We couldn't even enter the hotel lobby to do our registration cuz it's being renovated so we had to use the night window. It took quite a long time for an employee to even acknowledge us & inconvenienced that we asked her to do her job. The property is run down, a lot of the doors are screwed shut from the outside, there's a giant hole in the parking lot, and homeless people everywhere. The condition of our room was very poor: door had to be slammed very hard in order for it to close, huge scratches/gouge marks in the dirty floor, food & candy wrappers left behind the bed & around the room, the sheets & towels were thin & rough and looked like they hadn't been washed from the previous occupants & had black stains on them along with what looks like an old blood stain on the fitted sheet. In the shower, the hot and cold water were backwards & the hot water was difficult to find. There was a very small section on the cold side that will produce hot water but it takes about 30 min's to heat up, if you can even find it. We were told there would be a microwave in the room & the lobby but there was none in the room and the lobby doors were locked at all times. The refrigerator in the room barely kept anything cold & only one trash can for the entire room. The bed was very uncomfortable, sounded like it was breaking when you sat on it, and the right leg was being by a cinder block which we accidentally kicked several times. And there was no daily housekeeping, you had to request it.

Front desk staff was very unprofessional. To make things worse, my room was absolutely disgusting I walked in, took and walked out. I did not stay there. I legit had bullet holes in my window which was taped with packaging taped to hold the window together. There were cigarette burns all over the night stand. The bathroom and sink area was disgustingly filthy and there was some type of substance smeared on the walls. Will never book a room there again

This place was awful. From the bullet proof glass and locked lobby to the unpainted interior and lack ANY furniture. We felt unsafe and at risk of disease.

It is a very dirty place to stay. The room smells awful with dirty floor, broken bathroom doorknob, and cracked bathroom door. The bed sheets were dirty. They only provide a thin sheet as blanket.

There should be an option to give ZERO stars. AVOID this place unless you want a dirty and unsafe place to stay. We did not stay & found a better hotel. Old photos on the web, buildings/rooms looked run down; the neighborhood had homeless partying, and the room looked bare with beds looking bare and dirty. Encountered occupants with dogs/cats that looked like they were permanent occupants. Wondered why the hotel had a security that was fully armed and finally realized why.

I had to wait nearly two hours after check in time to receive my room. After the key was given, I went to the room to drop off bagagge, the cleaning person was still there. She was really nice. Shower rod was broken, she had to go get another one. Even though room was non-smoking, the room smelled like smoke. Only two towels, even though there were three guests were registered. The fact that you must pay for wifi separatey should be stated more clearly. Bathroom sink was kind of backed up, and drained slowly. Showerhead is in such a way that you had to angle it just right, or water would spray everywhere.
