Hotel berhampiran Phu Quoc Namaste Coral Park, Pulau Phu Quoc

The hotel is located in the downtown area right next to the beach, so the location is excellent. The check-in starts at 3 PM, just like another hotel; however, there is no warm service, and the room booked from trip.com has been arranged on the lower floor. The results were noisy on the lower floor because we reserved an ocean view, and the hotel swimming pool is just below the balcony. So we asked to change the room to a higher floor after several negotiations with the receptionist and added additional costs. There are no highlights about the hotel facility and average five-star rating. We swim more by the swimming pool than at the beach because the seawater quality is not that good. For the morning breakfast, there are many options, but nothing outstanding. Overall, it's a good hotel.

This hotel is beautiful, right on the beach, great layout with lots of space around the pool. I never struggled to find a spot. Having a better understanding of the geography, it’s important to note that this hotel is a little out of the main town so it’s a little bit more secluded. Staff were very nice. My only issue was at breakfast, as no one comes to greet you or assist you in finding a table, it can be a bit chaotic.

It was my first Phu Quoc trip with my parents. I made a reservation because my friend recommended it, but I was satisfied more than I expected. Personally, there were a lot of breakfasts, but I picked delicious ones. Next time. If I go, I would like to make another reservation.

This was the most amazing holiday I have ever had. I stayed for 10 days and enjoyed every day in spite of visiting during the rainy season. From the moment of arrival Tram, the customer service manager, and his team ensured a warm welcome and a swift check in process in a relaxing environment with a welcome drink. All staff from the porters - we were welcomed by Bo who ensured to show us all aspects of our room and personally escorted us to the bar where we could get delicious food and cocktails - were professional and provided excellent customer service. The location is breath-taking - right on the beach with an infinity pool if you don't want to dip into the ocean. SUP and canoes are available for hire or you can just relax in the midst of the immaculate cultivated gardens or on the beach. Food and drink are available 24/7 with room service alongside a pool bar, separate bar with pool table and a dining restaurant with superb ocean views. Scooters and bicycles are also available for rent to explore the area but you can also walk easily to the main road and to a couple of local shops. The cocktails, fresh fruit juices and smoothies were superb with an amazing breakfast buffet which surpassed all expectations served in the tree top restaurant with a breathtaking view over the ocean and infinity pool. Pastries, freshly cooked Vietnamese omelettes, alongside noodles, cereal, toast, amazingly fresh fruit and Vietnamese coffee are all available in abundance. During the day there is a great selection at the pool bar or in the bar as well as the Ocean Restaurant in the evening for cocktail hour and an evening meal that has an open kitchen and is sited on a jetty with spectacular open ocean views. Everything was freshly cooked with a well thought out curated menu great options, including Pho, fresh steak, fresh fish, pizzas and pasta. The restaurant staff was extremely attentive and friendly - we were served by Khahn who was especially friendly and welcoming. Accommodation was jungle luxe with fabulous design, great attention to detail, excellent service and 100% tranquility surrounded by the jungle with all mod cons with direct access to a private beach. Highly recommended to relax and detox from the modern world. No need to leave the resort for the duration of your trip.

Dreamy Holiday in the Midst of Paradise! This is exactly the perfect definition of our stay in Crowne Plaza in Phu Quoc Island. Beach front is very clean, peaceful and serene. You can lay down falling sleeping breathing in the sea breeze while listening to the calming sea waves. The buffet offers a plethora of rich Vietnamese, Korean, French and Western Cuisine. Fruits and greens are very fresh. They also prepared healthy fruit juices. Per night charge is fairly affordable with the experience that this accommodation has to offer. A lot of free things to do. Airport shuttle is free as well. Highly recommended!

I really liked this hotel! Not everything is perfect (if anything really could be perfect), but the staff is trying its best! They literally try to satisfy each guest, very guest oriented! I’ve complained about a few issues- both times the management and the staff dealt with these issues in the best way. I really had a feeling that I’m a very welcomed and valued guest there in spite of a few misunderstandings. I’ll definitely recommend this hotel to all my friends and will come back again already with my family! Thank you, guys for your patience, willingness to help, to satisfy and to provide a really good service!!! Here are a few pices of advice- to add salmon (or fish in general) for breakfast, avocado (because it’s the best option for breakfast), to arrange at least 2 coffee machines more for breakfast time (because right now guest need to stay in a long queue in order to to get a cup of coffee); AND the most important thing - to provide English courses for you good staff (it will help to prevent possible misunderstandings in the future)! Thank you to the receptionist Det (or Din), to the restaurant manager (unfortunately don’t remember his name, a young man wearing glasses), to the pool bar waitress Kieu, to the breakfast waitress Van and to the all staff in general! Удобный, комфортный отель. На цокольном этаже бесплатная парковка для байков. Пришли с моря, устали, не стали ждать, когда сделают кофе, так нам его достаточно оперативно доставили в номер. Бассейн на крыше с великолепным обзором на 360 градусов. Всё красиво и современно. Единственный минус - до моря идти по каким-то закоулкам и море в том месте не самое лучшее. До супермаркета Кинг Конг идти относительно недалеко, но все же выходит, что отель располагается в самой южной оконечности оживленных мест. Если бы чуть севернее... Питание - придираться не буду, претензий нет, но все же видал и лучше, поэтому за питание 4 из 5. По номеру опять же - без претензий, но видали и получше, поэтому снова 4, даже 4,5 из 5.

Tiga keluarga tinggal di sebuah vila, yang sangat menjimatkan. Pantai hotel ini juga hebat, airnya sangat bersih. Pakej yang ditempah bukan sahaja disertakan dengan perkhidmatan jemput dan hantar lapangan terbang, tetapi juga termasuk kupon hotel dan tiket zoo. Sarapan di hotel juga bagus, dan saya juga mencuba banyak sukan air. Saya belum pernah bermain sukan air di tempat lain, jadi saya tidak tahu betapa kos efektifnya. Hanya tinggal selama dua hari kali ini saya rasa tidak cukup untuk tinggal beberapa hari lagi. Satu-satunya perkara buruk ialah terdapat tokek di dalam bilik, dan tokek itu juga menyalak, yang pada mulanya menakutkan.

Pros: - good location, walking distance to Grand World - low price, best if you don’t spend much time at the hotel and mostly out and about - clean and modern decor Cons: - no aircon in corridor and elevator, it can be very uncomfortable to step in the elevator on hot days - no room service, no service at pool area, no option to pay for food and beverage at check out. - minibar is empty, instant coffee and tea bags are available yet no milk. When we requested milk for our cup of tea, the reception staff advised we would need to go to the bar (ground floor) to purchase milk at own cost. Milk is essential and it has always been provided free of charge wherever we’ve been (Bali, Singapore, Australia, etc.) - mid-stay ROOM INSPECTION. This is very UNPLEASANT practice to Westerners and should be stopped. Not sure if this is normal in Vietnam, but it is very displeasing and annoying to us (Australians). We often stayed a few weeks to months in Bali and other Asian countries, we’ve never had room inspection where 2 staff entered our room, 1 of them walked around the room pretending to check the skirting board with a screwdriver while the other was casing the room (it was obvious that they wanted to check to room). - poor English proficiency. Only one reception staff can speak English well, the rest of the staff don’t. My husband was quite frustrated during our stay because he couldn’t communicate with staff. We’ve stayed in Bali and other Asian countries, all of their staff are fluent in English including security and housekeeping staff. - lack of attention to food safety. Signage is very small. No cover when the meals bought outside to the pool area. Food was not kept at optimum temperature can cause bacteria to grow to dangerous levels that can cause illness. - lack of knowledge about beverage. Staff didn’t understand my husband’s order of Bourbon + Cola (very common drinks to Westerners) and advised they don’t have Bourbon. When my husband went to the bar with the staff, there was a big Bourbon bottle sitting on the shelf! - lack of customer service. Staff was not attentive to customers, my husband had to walked to the restaurant to get staff attention when we wanted food and drinks while we were at the pool. Staff should walk around and simply check in with customers. Staff didn’t greet customers when they walk past, again when we were in Bali and other Asian countries, their staff (everyone including housekeeping staff) always said good morning, good afternoon or good evening. - FACIAL BIOMETRICS RECOGNITION was an entry requirement to enter buffet breakfast. This should be disclosed in booking description including third-party websites like Agoda, Booking.com, etc. No information on Facial Biometrics Recognition are found anywhere or has ever been communicated to us prior to checking in. If we have known, we would stay elsewhere for sure (we will request that our data are permanently deleted from their system and we suggest that you do the sam
