Ulasan Sea Star Resort

This was a major disappintment. First 10 mins in my allocated room i starting having difficulty breathing because of mould in the room. There was a balcony but you can see clearly you neighbour and their side. You can see from one of the building through the balcony no furniture, no privacy or chairs to sit on. In the room were two hard wooden chairs, that were so uncomfortable. There was no TV or phone to call reception in the whole resort, if you needed to ask a question or organise something you had to walk all the way in the heat to the reception area. I asked to change rooms and was initally told they were fully booked. I said i couldnt stay because of the mould smell. After 5 minutes they 'suddenly' found rooms. One was exactly the same but on a different floor, the rest were beach bungalows. I took a bungalow at a extra price but it was not the one they showed me. I was waved in shown the small wardrobe and that was it. Turns out this was even worse. Holes in the mozzie net, shower taps coming off the walls, peeling wallpaper, mould stains on the curtains, ripped lounger covers, the beds not changed in 8 days (even when asked)just the duvet thrown back over the bed, smoothed down and a photo taken. The groundsman had his work area right behind the bungalow so would be woken by banging and when i went to sleep. The breakfast room was ok. The restarant food was interesting although one of the ladies got food poisioning and cut short her stay by 2 weeks. The menus were in an awful state, ripped, stained. The beach itself was fine but had rubbish floating about. The sunsets were the only good thing about this place

The location is suitable with a beach so close. The breakfast buffet is great. The swimming pool is nice.

Amazing hotel, great breakfast, and the beach was amazing, lots of natural vegetation to keep you covered, would stay there again!!

The room was okay. There was too many mosquitos and also no ventilation in the bathroom. There was no mosquito net was provided, whereas it was mentioned in the room amenities. Breakfast was good and beach shack set up was good.

The flushing function of the toilet is not good. The breakfast buffet is good. There are many choices of the food. The swimming pool is dirty.

Super nice resort, right in the beach. Well stocked beach bar and breakfast with sea view. Pool is very large and clean. Only negative thing was our maid. Within 1 week she cleaned the floor once. The other days just change towels and refill the mini bar. No cleaning at all

Great location, I recommend staying in a bungalow, the breakfast buffet is really good with omelets, pho and more. They have tables at the beach if you wanna eat there and also sunbeds, it's next to sunset beach bar just a few steps away.

This hotel gave me one of the best experiences I've ever had. From the moment I arrived, everything was spotless, and the service was truly exceptional—better than most five-star hotels. The rooms and bathrooms were sparkling clean, the swimming pool was wonderful, and the beach was beautiful. And the breakfast? Absolutely perfect.

WiFi is not strong . Beach side is nice but water is dirty. Location is good. Bathroom need to redo tiles. Breakfast is good and staffs are very polite and nice. Clean place. I would stay again and go to swim in other clean water beaches.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The bungalows are nice and clean, the staff is lovely and helpful, and the gardens are well-trimmed. The food was very good, and the beach area is well-maintained. The swimming pool is especially nice and clean However, the only downside was the sea/water quality. Unfortunately, there was plastic and garbage floating in the water, along with a bad smell. It seemed like waste from the surrounding area was washing up, which was disappointing. The waves were also quite high, making swimming less enjoyable. Overall, I still highly recommend this hotel

Very beautiful, very clean, I enjoined staying at thei resort, definitely worth all the value.

Wifi was horrible. The room definitely needs a renovation. When i rent the room i see a tv in the pics. When i arrive there, the staff said no tv in any room. Too expensive for what you get. Breakfast was good.

Property is nice but front desk service wasn't the best. My birthday and didn't allow us to even stay an extra minute in room. Resort was empty so we didn't understand why. Beach was nice but waves were rough.
