Hotel berhampiran Cung Điện Hải Vương, Pulau Phu Quoc

The hotel is located in the downtown area right next to the beach, so the location is excellent. The check-in starts at 3 PM, just like another hotel; however, there is no warm service, and the room booked from trip.com has been arranged on the lower floor. The results were noisy on the lower floor because we reserved an ocean view, and the hotel swimming pool is just below the balcony. So we asked to change the room to a higher floor after several negotiations with the receptionist and added additional costs. There are no highlights about the hotel facility and average five-star rating. We swim more by the swimming pool than at the beach because the seawater quality is not that good. For the morning breakfast, there are many options, but nothing outstanding. Overall, it's a good hotel.

The hotel is located in Sun Set Town, an Italien inspired small town with historical sights. Its beautiful but still quite empty, sure there is some smaller Hotels and Restaurants and some small grocery Shops. Near the water there is a Food Bazaar with Stalls and a lot of Food an Drinks offers but its just Open from 16 o clock, the Highlight of the town was besides the beautiful architecture the daily firework (expcect tuesday) The Hotel has a beautiful big Pool facing the sea and also Access to the Beach via some stairs. As it just opened it was not busy. As Hilton Diamond Member we got a free Canapé with two Drinks in the Evening and a Lovely suite upgrade with sea view. For the fireworks you can also Access the roof top terrace for a better view. During check in it took that someone came and Helped us with our luggages. Also there was some confusion about which is our luggages when they brought it to our room. This process should somehow be Improved especially when the Hotel gets busy. The Cabana Area should be a separated more from the public availilable Stairs as there is often people taking pictures of the Pool and also of you if you are next to this Area. Also near this Area with the cabanas they should also install a ladder to enter the pool as you need to walk around half of the pool to get into the water. The breakfast is fabulous and offers great variety and also great quality. Overall we enjoyed our stay a lot especially the pool is a highlight. We will surely return one day to this beautiful hotel and location.

This hotel is beautiful, right on the beach, great layout with lots of space around the pool. I never struggled to find a spot. Having a better understanding of the geography, it’s important to note that this hotel is a little out of the main town so it’s a little bit more secluded. Staff were very nice. My only issue was at breakfast, as no one comes to greet you or assist you in finding a table, it can be a bit chaotic.

The hotel services were prompt and the staff was professional. We found the restaurant to be bit overpriced but that is what it is and all other aspects were really good. I would recommend this hotel for fellow travellers specially if you are travelling with your family.

Saya rasa The Shells agak bagus, saya ada bas untuk dijemput di lapangan terbang, ada seorang kakitangan untuk membimbing saya ke bas. Apabila saya tiba, saya menempah bilik pemandangan laut supaya pemandangannya sangat cantik, biliknya luas, datang pada sebelah petang dengan matahari terbenam yang indah

The Hotel was beautiful and the garden very nice. The whole hotel area was very clean and has direct beach access, you can get towels at the pool and beach. The access to the water is suitable for children. The staff is fast and friendly in most cases but the food service at the pool was sometimes slow and quite pricy compared to the outside places. The rooms were comfortable and well functioning, the bathroom was in very good condition. The location is good, but outside of the Phu Quoc it’s. However, there is a small night market with many open restaurants is in walking distance. Along the beach you can find a nice walk way and the hotel also offers bike rentals among other sport activities. We would go there again. To other locations for snorkeling or so, you can take a taxi and get everywhere in 40-60 minutes.

It was my first Phu Quoc trip with my parents. I made a reservation because my friend recommended it, but I was satisfied more than I expected. Personally, there were a lot of breakfasts, but I picked delicious ones. Next time. If I go, I would like to make another reservation.

The Hotel overall is really great. The room was nice and spacious, however they didn’t clean our room properly everyday. When they came to clean, they only made the bed, didn’t change the sheets and didn’t sweep the floor. They forgot to replace the towels. They took the old towels , but didn’t leave clean ones. We has to ask for sheet changing after the 3rd day and for them to sweep and mop. Because it got sandy of all the sea sand. The breakfast was good and the staff was friendly overall in the breakfast hall. I just feel for this time of year (During TET holiday) the hotel was VERY BUSY and under staffed. So therefore the overall experience could have been better if they had more staff during this time. The pool and private beach was really nice and we enjoyed that very much.

what a wonderful resort! the whole area is beautiful, facilities are well-managed and guest reception & service are fantastic! (special thanks to my manager Sunny and DAI NGUYEN). This was the most amazing holiday I have ever had. I stayed for 10 days and enjoyed every day in spite of visiting during the rainy season. From the moment of arrival Tram, the customer service manager, and his team ensured a warm welcome and a swift check in process in a relaxing environment with a welcome drink. All staff from the porters - we were welcomed by Bo who ensured to show us all aspects of our room and personally escorted us to the bar where we could get delicious food and cocktails - were professional and provided excellent customer service. The location is breath-taking - right on the beach with an infinity pool if you don't want to dip into the ocean. SUP and canoes are available for hire or you can just relax in the midst of the immaculate cultivated gardens or on the beach. Food and drink are available 24/7 with room service alongside a pool bar, separate bar with pool table and a dining restaurant with superb ocean views. Scooters and bicycles are also available for rent to explore the area but you can also walk easily to the main road and to a couple of local shops. The cocktails, fresh fruit juices and smoothies were superb with an amazing breakfast buffet which surpassed all expectations served in the tree top restaurant with a breathtaking view over the ocean and infinity pool. Pastries, freshly cooked Vietnamese omelettes, alongside noodles, cereal, toast, amazingly fresh fruit and Vietnamese coffee are all available in abundance. During the day there is a great selection at the pool bar or in the bar as well as the Ocean Restaurant in the evening for cocktail hour and an evening meal that has an open kitchen and is sited on a jetty with spectacular open ocean views. Everything was freshly cooked with a well thought out curated menu great options, including Pho, fresh steak, fresh fish, pizzas and pasta. The restaurant staff was extremely attentive and friendly - we were served by Khahn who was especially friendly and welcoming. Accommodation was jungle luxe with fabulous design, great attention to detail, excellent service and 100% tranquility surrounded by the jungle with all mod cons with direct access to a private beach. Highly recommended to relax and detox from the modern world. No need to leave the resort for the duration of your trip.
