The hotel is really nice , the people is super friendly and kind the rooom are comportable and have a good view. The location is the little far from the center.

I chose this hotel based on the photos on the website and its location, and this is the first time in many years of traveling that I regretted my choice. The hotel is within walking distance of the sea, with a beautiful bay, white sand, clear water, and stunning sunsets, but that's the only advantage of this hotel. I arrived after 3:00 PM, and check-in was supposed to be after 2:00 PM, but no one was waiting for me. It was impossible to reach the hotel using the phone numbers listed on the website. I had to wait more than half an hour for them to prepare my room. Renting a scooter was only possible the next day, and the scooter itself was old. I paid for the scooter for 4 full days but only used it for 2 days, and no one refunded me for the unused days. The room was not cleaned, despite my requests and reminders to the administrator. The design of the rooms and the hotel itself is beautiful, and the location is convenient as it's close to the sea, but I wouldn’t recommend this place to travelers. The breakfasts at the hotel are monotonous, simple, but filling. The administrator is the only person on the entire staff who speaks English, which creates communication problems since he is constantly busy, and the rest of the staff only speaks Vietnamese. I enjoyed the sea and the sunsets, but nothing else. There was no hot water in the room, making it uncomfortable to shower.

It was a frustrating experience for my family and friends. The place was dirty and poorly maintained. We could only use the pool on the first day because it was very dirty the other days. After the check-in time, we had to wait another 30 minutes for them to clean it and when we got to the room we were surprised to see that they hadn't cleaned the bathroom. We had to ask them to come back and clean it and the teenagers who cleaned it made fun of me. We stayed for 4 days and there was no more cleaning or changing of towels. The breakfast was also very bad.

Good location and price, however the property, pool, and rooms were quote dirty. hard to get daily cleaning done and sheets and towels need to be updated as they were quite old and gross.

Unfortunately it was the worst experience I had after a lot of travels. I had several issues like no hot water, no toilet paper, no cleaning and breakfast without anything. Even bread or coffee they never refilled. A lot of insects, spiders and all that you can imagine. This place it is dirty!!! It was not only a bad look from my side but all friend there faced the same situation. Also I heard several other guests complain. So if you are smart and reading this please don’t go this place.

Such a nice place, beatiful and peaceful to stay in Phu Quoc. Good facilities and near the beach.

We were given a completely different room than what we booked. I was traveling with my adult daughter, so I booked separate beds; they cost twice as much. Upon arrival, we were given a room with one king-size bed. I was horrified, as I was used to sleeping alone. The next day, we were given a room with two beds, but there was no furniture, closet, or safe, and there was nowhere to put our things. The breakfast wasn't great. We liked the nearby cafes, and the nearby beach was clean.

Everything is great, the hostess is very responsive, she even took us to the next hotel. At a standard taxi price. The villa is simply beautiful, the guitar pool is something else. The huge territory is all green, in flowers. The beach is very close. There is a bar, you can buy drinks. Children's area with toys. Breakfasts are quite! The best accommodation of our 4 in Fukuoka!!!

Good budget hotel for the money. Breakfast is a bit meager, but you won't go hungry. The rooms are nice and big, there is a shower, air conditioning, TV. The rooms are a bit dirty and need renovation. But the staff deserves special praise. The guys are great, ready to help 24/7, although some of them don't speak Russian or English. We communicated easily through a translator and called a taxi, etc. The local taxi at the hotel has the same prices as a grab, and we used it. The beach is just a bomb. The best place in Fukuoka. If you go to the right of the beach 1 km. There is just a fabulous wild place. In general, the hotel is good and needs renovation, and if you are ready to put up with some nuances that are inherent in Asia, the hotel will suit you

This is not a hotel, but a tourist center. It is dirty in the houses and on the street. I saw how they wash the breakfast dishes - it is terrible! They wash dishes in one basin after 100 guests. It is not surprising that our whole family got food poisoning in Isabella; as a result, the festive night was ruined. And then the most interesting part. Be careful with this hotel, as the owner is a fraud and an actress. We had a reservation for 23 nights. On December 30, the owner asked us to leave the hotel for a few days to another hotel so that other guests could stay in our houses, because there were many reservations and no free rooms. We clarified whether it was true that we could move into our houses in 3 days, but no one gave us any guarantees, so we refused her. But the owner did not stop trying in every way to persuade us to leave early. The owner of the hotel Thanh offered us to leave for Christmas with a refund for the days we would not be staying at the hotel. We agreed. We sat down with Thanh, discussed everything, and submitted an application on the website together for a refund and a change in booking. The website prepared requests for her, and Thanh only had to click one button "confirm". She promised to do this for us. As soon as we left the hotel, the owner cancelled our request and refused to refund our money. She ignored calls and messages. So our reservation hung for another 7 days, and other people were staying in the cottages we had paid for. I am attaching photos from the hotel, and these are not all the "wonderful moments" that we had to endure. In the end, I cleaned up the trash from the territory and tidied up the cottages myself. During our 2.5 weeks of staying in Isabella, they cleaned our place only 2 times. For this to happen, I had to sit in the hotel all day and catch the cleaning lady. There was no refrigerator or hair dryer in the room, and the kettle was broken. There was no hot water in two rooms.
