Me and my wife have a pleasant stay in La Veranda hotel for 6 nights. And we spend an amazing time here. First of all, I want to thank all the La Veranda staff, that help me stay comfortable. Hotel is look like an old colonial cottage. We live in a main building. Everyone come to Phu Quoc to chill at the seaside, and the beach is very clean and comfortable. 5 minutes from the hotel - and you can choose from a 5-6 good restaurants. Or your can choos peppermint restaurant in hotel. Highly recommended. PS: thank you for all, hope to see you next year ;)

Gegenüber den Bewertungen aus 2018 bis 2020 hat sich einiges geändert. Man kann sowohl an der Poolbar als auch im Restaurant alles aufs Zimmer schreiben lassen und braucht somit kein Bargeld mehr im Hotelkomplex. Mittlerweile wird auch englisch gesprochen, allerdings mit ein paar Einschränkung, dass das für Personal im Restaurant explizit die Basics für das Restaurant beherrscht. Eine Basis Unterhaltung ist noch nicht möglich. Dafür wird man allerdings freundlich an die Rezeption verwiesen. Hier ist es Englisch mittlerweile sehr gut und auch hier sind alle stets hilfsbereit. Wer guten Service nutzen möchte, ist in diesem Hotel gut aufgehoben. Man kann Touren vom Hotel aus buchen oder auch ein Scooter, allerdings sind die Preise natürlich höher. Alles in allem ein sehr gutes Hotel und ich würde wiederkommen

This resort is modern and luxury with pleasing architecture and garden landscaping. The only downside is that the beach eroded badly and dangerous to walk on (the resort closed the beach area). You can only enjoy watching the sunset from the bar and pool area. Hope the resort could work on this issue. The resort without the beach is definitely 5 star. But i have to give 4 star just because the beachfront erosion issue (as beach is an attraction for choosing a luxury stay). The room has everything. The bed also great and of quality, the sleep definitely not affected. The resort is close to the airport less than 15mins to reach airport. It also has a sourvenir shop, children area and some other amenities inside that makes it all-in-one resort. The staffs and service are also perfect. Suggestion: Hope the resort could seal the door from outside noise. Could hear people talking outside. Another, if erosion is too bad, then resort at least build the sea front deck as a new attraction instead of beach, so that guest still can enjoy the ocean, breeze and sea front and its 5 stars hotel will not impacted. Also, please ensure the foods are handled with care in the kitchen, as there was hair in my soup.

A true sample of excellent hospitality ! lost the keys to a motorbike I rented from the reception desk , expected them to ask for a penalty for the loss but no ! They were so sorry for my experience and had to deal with the issue by themselves . Free drop off to the airport ! BEST HOTEL IN PHU QUOC ISLAND

The resort is nestled on the hill in a wooded area. There is a very peaceful atmosphere. During the day you can hear the birds and animals in the forest. At night, the frogs dominate the acoustic events. The bungalows are rather simple, but clean. They offer sufficient privacy and have an open bathroom and a day bed on the terrace, which invites you to linger. From 5pm you get company from mosquitoes. Anti-mosquito spray is provided by the hotel. The pool area is also very nice and has plenty of sunbeds. Unfortunately the bar by the pool was not open. Breakfast is a la carte and very tasty. An absolute plus is the lively and always cheerful manager, Mrs. Quin. She tries everything to make your stay more enjoyable. We enjoyed our stay very much and can absolutely recommend the resort.

The property is in an excellent position to walk or take a grab taxi to the centre, the port and to the duon dong night market. Nearby there is a big supermart, ATM, exchange, tour rental agency, bars, supermarket, beach and top place on the beach for those who want to do a little for the day. The location is okay, about 3-400m from a nice beach.. I like how the bungalows are surrounded by nature, with a lot of fruit trees with bird sounds, frog sounds, lot of flowers. The room was nice and clean, mine has a pool view which is really wonderful. The kind of the owner(Ms Hong) and all the staff are nice always kind, helpful, keeping the resort clean, and smiling. Ms Hong speaks English. I will see you again!

整體評價：4.5星 飯店的位置不錯，附近很多餐廳可以選擇，韓國、德國、亞洲料理都有，距離海灘也很近，搭車到陽東夜市大概45k。飯店的設施看起來都有使用年限的痕跡，但是這樣的價格是可以讓人接受，整體來說是滿意的體驗。

Fanstactic Eco Rosort❤️ My family had 5 days vacation at Phu Quoc Island, I am choose TomHill Bontique Resort and Spa because so many good reviews in social media,the price is reasonable in same market.They pick up our family at air port by 16 seats transport, after we revieved rooms by quickly check in và cool welcome drink(lemongrass and lime flavour). Accomodation so nice,they turn on A/C before,aminities is full and friendly with enviroment. My kid love infinity pool and can seeing sun set at 18h00 pm. Breakfast so lovely,not too much food but it is so quanlity. Staff is smile also, Mr Hoa at show kitchen very kind❤️ I wil recomend to my friend and back in the future
