We stayed 3 nights and paid approx £62/night - pool access room. Check in was easy and our room was ready even though we were a few hours early. We had a pool access room so expected it to be located on the ground floor, however, it was actually on the 1st floor which required 2 flights of stairs to be climbed - no good if you are unable to do this. Access to the room from reception is down in a lift through an underground carpark and up 2 flights, its a bit of a trek!! The room was great though! Nice comfy bed and good shower. Outside deck had 2 loungers. You share the pool with 5 other rooms but we always had it to ourselves! The water was a good temperature, we enjoyed it a lot! The location of the hotel is 2 minutes' walk to bars and restaurants, 5 minutes to the main area with lots of nicer bars and eateries. The room was them clean and new towels and bedding each day, we really don't like this. We'd rather keep until we request a change. 4 bottles of complimentary water each day was excellent. Our only concerns with the room area is the lack of a net curtain/privacy glass on the windows. The view is lovely but you need to keep the curtains closed and the ledge at the staircase. The ledge sticks out a lot and hubby, nearly 6ft, banged his head a few times. We'd stay again and would recommend.

We are just about to spend the last night of our 1 week stay at Casabay pool villas. The booking process was great, we did everything via email and the reservation team sent us our SHABA ID for the Phuket Sandbox immediately after we secured the booking. On arrival at the property (3 bedroom pool villa), we were pleasantly surprised with the accommodation; 3 generously sized bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, living area and a substantial outdoor area including pool and terrace. There is also a separate laundry area and car port. The beds are comfortable and the property is kept clean. The pool is a good size and ample towels are provided daily. The reception is open 9am - 5pm although you can telephone the resort for out of hours queries or visit the 24 hour reception at the sister hotel, Stay Well, located 2 mins down the road. There is also a security guard on duty in the evening. We have had the pleasure of dealing with ‘Nan’ on serval occasions for temperature checks and various queries. Nan has been wonderful, she speaks very good English and has tried her best to accommodate our needs throughout our stay- thankyou Nan 🙏 The location of the property has worked well for us, we enjoy the walk through the local village to the main the main road where you can find the Seven Eleven, Family Mart, some restaurants/tour shops and taxis. The resort is convenient for those who wish to visit Rawai and Chalong (5 mins in taxi). We hired a car to travel further afield to Phuket town, kata, Kamala and karon. All in all a good stay and we would defiantly recommend.

Saya menginap di Lady Naya Villas buat kali pertama. Lokasinya terletak di hujung paling selatan Pulau Phuket. Pada mulanya agak tidak selesa, tetapi tuan rumah menyewa kami dua buah motosikal. Ia mengambil masa tiga minit untuk keluar ke restoran, bar dan kawasan komersial lain, dikelilingi oleh jalan raya yang memanjang ke semua arah. Ke Pantai Nai Harn dan Kata, Kawasan Karon terlalu mudah, saya hanya kenal Padang sebelum ini, tetapi kerana kawasan perniagaan terlalu sibuk, tiada keselesaan percutian, terlalu banyak bar, orang ramai, kedai, terlalu meletihkan, sebaliknya. Lebih senang tinggal di kawasan hijau Rawai. Terdapat banyak gim, gim tinju dan kedai kopi di sekitar, dan anda juga boleh berlari di Taman Tasik Nai Harn, yang merupakan kehidupan riadah dan percutian yang ideal. Rumah di kawasan vila Lady Naya sangat selesa. Saya sangat menyukai tingkap dari lantai ke siling mereka. Pencahayaan sangat baik. Ia adalah sebuah rumah kecil bebas dengan dua orang bersandar ke kolam renang. Taman awam sangat selesa dan kolam renang sepanjang berpuluh-puluh meter. Tuan rumah sangat baik, dan kawasan vila telah mengambil banyak kucing terbiar, berpuluh-puluh daripada mereka, saudara-mara yang sangat comel, saya terutamanya suka memberi mereka makan. Bilik hotel ini sangat tenang dan serba lengkap. Saya seorang yang sangat bersih. Kebersihan keseluruhan rumah tidak akan membuatkan anda berasa tidak selesa. Akhirnya, berjalan-jalan adalah hutan dan rabung yang sangat tebal. Kenderaan tidak banyak dan sangat sesuai untuk menunggang motosikal. Saya sangat menyukai kehidupan motosikal di sini. Saya mempunyai lebih banyak kebebasan. Ia dianggap sebagai kawasan paling semula jadi dan selesa di Thailand. Tambahan pula, daerah Patong memang kucar-kacir. Ramai pelancong bar dan restoran bersepadu pergi kepada saya untuk pisau dan anda untuk ikan. Daerah Rawai dan daerah Nai Harn lebih seperti tempat semula jadi untuk penduduk tempatan bercuti. Saya harap Pendapat ini dapat membantu anda memahami persekitaran hotel.

I stayed at the hotel for 9 nights and already miss it. The hotel is simply beautiful, perfect for relaxing and the food is very good. I've eaten in all the restaurants (also at the Kamin rooftop - the waitresses were so nice). I have never had such good food in any hotel! Even the Italian food was great. The location is great, to the main street you drive past a banana plantation. I loved it :-) I had borrowed a motorbike to discover the great corners of phuket. On the first days I used the free shuttle. The driver was nice and took very good care of me, like everyone else at the hotel! I traveled alone and felt very safe. The beds are comfortable and the room service was great. The only thing i didn't like was the massage in the spa, but i'm very sensitive. The staff is very friendly and attentive. Overall one of the best hotels I've ever been to.

I’ve stayed in this gorgeous little hotel for 9 days with my mum, as part of her Birthday Trip in South East Asia and loved every single moment of our time there. Actually for the 1st time I felt like staying in someone’s private, luxurious home rather then the hotel. Mom Tri’s Villa is beautifully furnished in traditional Thai style, very functional on every level and provides it’s guests with possibly one of the best views on Phuket, thanks to it’s picturesque location on a little cliff overlooking Kata Noi Beach and the Andaman Sea. We’ve chosen to stay in an Ocean Wing for the ultimate privacy and tranquility and couldn’t have made a better choice. The staff were all lovely - friendly and approachable. Thank you for a little Birthday treat for my mum - she loved it and so did I. We already miss this little piece of Thai paradise and wouldn’t hesitate for a moment to visit again in the future.

These days when we travel overseas, we need a place to stay that is like an ally or even a friend. Phuket Riviera was the ideal spot for us (family of three with baby) to arrive. Everyone that works there was super kind and helpful. Well before we arrived they helped us with all the requirements we needed. When we got there we arrived to a clean two bedroom apartment overlooking the pool in the perfect location. We know Phuket a bit as we have been many times and Nai Harn area is the best for families with the nicest beaches. This hotel also allows dogs if you got one. The room we had included a highchair and crib which was the icing on the cake. To give one example of how helpful they are, I left my charing cable in the room. When I called to ask, they sent it that date by post and did not even charge me for the post. We will be back!

We stayed in August as a family of 4. This hotel is fantastic. Suite was huge, decorated to such a high standard with a Thai feel. The room facilities were amazing, everything you’d expect from a 5 star suite. We could have held a dinner party! I loved the own branded water, such a nice touch and emphasises the ‘above and beyond’ approach we experienced here. We loved the pool area and the sun trap around the pool. The owner and staff were attentive and nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is in a great location for many areas and they can even assist with trip bookings. The chilled out vibe of the coffee shop was perfect for lazy mornings. We’re already planning a return visit next year! Highly recommend.
