Reserved the Deluxe Seaview Room for 5D4N with my husband. From check in till check out, the service was exceptional. The receptionist (Mon) was fluent in english and escorted us to our room on the 5th floor. Unlike other hotels around, there’s an elevator in this hotel so you don’t have to worry about climbing the stairs. The bellboy also helped carry our luggage into the room and load our luggage into the car when we check out. Lobby: Cozy, with many sofas, pool table & foosball table. Room: Spacious room with partial sea view from the balcony. It also feels great to sleep on the cozy king bed after a full day tour. The TV only has cable channels, but we’re mostly outside so it wasn’t much of an issue. All the light switches & alarm clock is by the bedside which is very convenient. Smoking: They provide ashtray to smoke on the balcony. Bathroom: Spacious & clean, with bidet spray. Shower area & bathtub is separated. The water heater is easily adjustable and heats up very fast. Toiletries such as shampoo, shower gel & toothbrush is provided. Breakfast: Buffet style breakfast with Asian & Western cuisine. If you’re a muslim, do note that there are some pork dishes. You can avoid eating the porridge/bacon/meat. Surrounding: The hotel is situated on top of the hill away from the hustle & bustle. Hourly shuttle van to Kata Beach is provided for free. It’s possible to walk to the beach as it’s only 5 minutes away. However the slope is quite steep. There’s so much to explore while walking. Kata Walking Street & Karon Plaza/Beach is within walkable distance from the hotel. There’s also restaurants, ATM, minimarts, clothing stores & bars nearby. Central Phuket & Jungceylon is around 20-30 minutes by car. It takes about 1-2 hours to get here from Phuket International Airport depending on the traffic. Activities: VR games, yoga, cooking class & underwater scooter rental are available at additional cost. Staff: Very polite, friendly and fluent in English. Always greeted us with a smile. The restaurant staffs are very service oriented & housekeeping did a fantastic job in making up our room everyday. Cons: Insects on the balcony, especially lizards at night. Just close the balcony door & it won’t enter the room. Overall we enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this hotel.

Ini adalah tempat yang indah dengan pengurusan yang luar biasa. Saya dan isteri menghabiskan 2 minggu di Metadee Resort di bawah Program Sandbox kerana mereka diperakui SHA +. Kami mempunyai bilik akses kolam yang luas dan berfungsi. Bilik mempunyai privasi dan tenang dengan internet berkelajuan tinggi yang baik. Perjalanan semasa Covid sedikit lebih rumit, tetapi jangan risau, Kimberly di kaunter penerimaan tetamu dan Laila pengurus jualan akan membantu anda dalam sebarang masalah yang timbul. Isteri saya mencederakan matanya dan tidak lama kemudian mereka mempunyai kereta yang siap untuk membawa kami ke doktor mata di Phuket. Lagipun, hotel apa yang bagus? Untuk membuat anda berasa seperti di rumah. Terima kasih. ()

Have been here for 3 nights.... Got here late on the first day, and we were upgraded to a poolside bungalow! The only reason 4 stars, was the shower... It was OK, but if upgraded from an electric shower to a proper powerful shower, would have been 5 stars. Large and spacious, with fridge, large TV, sofa and huge bed, nicely decorated and clean. The pool was lovely! Good location, away from the nightlife, but close enough to food( can recommend the breakfast at Moni across the road, pancakes, waffles and full breakfast of sausage, egg, bacon, toast and fresh pineapple) the smoothies at the hotel not expensive and delicious! About a 10 min walk to the market selling food and goods. Beach about 15 mins walk but a free ride to the beach if u go at 9.30 or 10.30am, no ride back though. Laundrette round the corner too... Very helpful at reception, we did have a problem with locking the door, but sorted promptly by the time we came back from eating.

A simple place but it is clean with a comfortable bed, amenities and parking lot. The hotel is located on the main road, the convenience stores and local shops are nearby. It is a great choice for a small budget hotel with friendly and helpful staff.

Из плюсов: отличные номера после ремонта, вода кофе чай ежедневно. Минусы: расположение рядом с главной дорогой острова, плохая, очень плохая уборка номеров, слегка моют полы и меняют полотенца для тела и рук, полотенце для ног уже просто черное, и видя это они даже не думают его сменить, стекло между ванной и комнатой все в разводах и пыли, не мыли с момента открытия, стекло в душе все в разводах и пятнах, хотя новое и с такой уборкой они скоро его не смогут отмыть, очень грязная плитка в душевой кабине, смесители так же все в разводах, ванную страшно использовать, так ее тоже не моют. Вай фай с хорошей скоростью, но постоянно требуется ввод логина и пароля не критично, но напрягает). Шкаф где стоит сейф не открывается полностью так мешает доводчик двери, очень не удобно использовать. Персонал абсолютно не приветлив, никто не улыбается и проблемы гостя это его проблемы... жаль владельца который сделал хороший ремонт и нанял очень плохой персонал. Заселили ровно в 14.00, хотя номер был готов раньше, бассейн время от времени не работает

We stayed 7 nights. The first 4 were in a 2 bedroom on the top with an amazing view, but the AC quit working during our 2nd day and it took them 2 days to fix it, so we only had ACs working in the bedrooms and not the main room. For the luxury price being charged, we expected the kitchens to be well equipped. They were Not ! There were barely enough utensils, pans, etc. to make breakfast in the morning. We were traveling with our parents and siblings, so we wanted to be able to cook some meals, which was just not possible at all. The second room we stayed in was down lower, near to the car park and the view was ok, but nothing too special. The flat was a 3 bedroom and had better sofas and beds than the first, but again they were very low quality for a place that is charging 5 star prices. We made a Huge mistake of making reservations to attend the new years eve party. When we showed up at 9pm, they had given our table away to a large group, telling us that they only held tables to 8pm. We later found out from the hotel reception that was not the case and they should have given us our table at any point in the night. However, the organiser had a large group of friends in town from and they were getting preferential treatment, so they gave them our table. They then said that if we wanted a table with a view, we would have to pay an additional 18000 bhat, because all of the view tables cost extra. We again found out the next day from the reception that the event organizer should not have charged us this extra fee, as we had a guaranteed table. Overall, the entire party was horrible for the 5K entry cost. The food was poor quality and was mostly out by the time we arrived at only 9pm !!! Our friends were so disappointed that they ended up leaving early to go find a decent new years party.

I’ve stayed in this gorgeous little hotel for 9 days with my mum, as part of her Birthday Trip in South East Asia and loved every single moment of our time there. Actually for the 1st time I felt like staying in someone’s private, luxurious home rather then the hotel. Mom Tri’s Villa is beautifully furnished in traditional Thai style, very functional on every level and provides it’s guests with possibly one of the best views on Phuket, thanks to it’s picturesque location on a little cliff overlooking Kata Noi Beach and the Andaman Sea. We’ve chosen to stay in an Ocean Wing for the ultimate privacy and tranquility and couldn’t have made a better choice. The staff were all lovely - friendly and approachable. Thank you for a little Birthday treat for my mum - she loved it and so did I. We already miss this little piece of Thai paradise and wouldn’t hesitate for a moment to visit again in the future.

Путешествуя по Пхукету, заехала в этот отель на 3 дня и осталась еще на 3. Для меня важно было близкое расположение спортзала, так как я пеший турист, без байка. Зал сразу через дорогу и на него еще в отеле дают скидку 20%. Парень Стивен на ресепшне супер дружелюбный, и номер заменил без рефрижератора на балконе и дал спрей от комаров когда попросила. В общем на любые просьбы был очень отзывчивый. Сразу перед отелем находится небольшой буддистский храм и в даты моего пребывания там проходил религиозный фестиваль, целыми днями бесплатно кормили очень вкусной веганской едой. Уборка в номере супер каждый день. Постельное каждые 3 дня. Мне даже неловко было перед девочками как они аккуратно расставляли мою разбросанную косметику и баночки.) Отель находится не на центральной дороге поэтому ночью достаточно тихо. 7/11 прямо за углом. Лично мне спать во всех отелях и в этом тоже мешает то что с кондиционером холодно, а без него жарко. Стивен дал мне в номер обычный вентилятор. С ним было получше. И еще по утрам громко кричал петух.) Кровати жесткие , но я такие люблю. До пляжа мин 10-15 пешком. Лучше конечно брать байк и ездить на все пляжи. Парковка в отеле есть. В общем для бюджетного отеля очень хорошо.

This hotel is situated in a quiet street in kata Only a very short walk to the beach & all the bars & restaurants.. also a great little cocktail bus just outside! The hotel itself provided a comfortable stay … Positives * location .. close to beach * rooms cleaned daily *good wifi *gym Negatives *mediocre breakfast * short staffed pool bar not open until 5 you must use the cafe over the road for drinks * no hand soap provided in room!!! * staff were friendly enough but didn’t feel they went above & beyond to make the holiday ( you would be lucky if anybody was ever around! ) All in all an okay hotel but probably would nit stay again as I’m sure there are better options available
