Even though the Hotel is new, it’s quite falling apart. It seems the construction materials are extremely cheap; the shower was not draining even though we called the maintenance, the power outlets were already worn and could not properly fit the plugs, the toilet taps were already peeling off. Furthermore, there was a jacuzzi in the room, but we were unable to use it because it was not probably cleaned for ages, and was terribly smelly.

This resort has all the features for my family stay at Phuket. The room is spacious and the beds are very comfortable. The front desk is very friendly and quick to answer any questions. I really enjoyed our time in this resort.
