Spacious and clean rooms. The staff provided excellent service. There are two large swimming pools.

The staff were incredibly friendly and the facilities, being new, were fantastic! The amenities were great and the pool was clean and lovely. It's a quiet place, and you can walk to the beach right in front, perfect for a peaceful getaway. I'd love to stay here again next time I visit Phuket!

I had a very negative experience staying at this hotel. Check-in was promised for 4 PM, but the room wasn't ready by 5 PM or even 6 PM, or perhaps they simply forgot to update its readiness in their app, which you install upon check-in – I had to remind them myself. The rooftop pool with a bar is supposed to be open until midnight, but by 11:30 PM, guests are already being asked to leave, and the access to the rooms is blocked, forcing you to take a long detour through the building. Smoking is only allowed outdoors. If it's raining, you either stand in the rain or in an inconvenient corner near the parking lot, which is always full of cars. The hotel's location is extremely inconvenient; it takes about 20 minutes to walk to a decent beach. Part of the walk is along a cemetery on one side and abandoned stalls from closed cafes on the other. It's an unpleasant walk, and at night, it feels a bit scary and even creepy. The nearest cafes and shops operate on their own erratic schedules, closing earlier than advertised (if they're even open that day). The exchange rate at the currency exchange, as well as prices at the nearest mini-mart, are double what they should be, with the exchange rate difference being 2.5 Baht per dollar. The room is spacious but has a very strong stale and damp smell. There's no air conditioning, but there is a split system that's barely adjustable and incredibly noisy. I had to turn it off at night because sleeping with that sound was impossible. Housekeeping is unpredictable: they'd leave lights on, the AC running, or the balcony door open, which led to mosquito bites all night. The food at the rooftop cafe and in the lobby is edible, but that's about it. I got food poisoning a couple of times, fortunately not severely. Also, in the evenings, the entire lounge fills up with noisy, drunken groups, as the hotel essentially has no proper grounds. The soundproofing is terrible: there's an awful squeaking sound from rubber shoe soles on the floor. Every room has a doorbell, which the housekeepers actively use. They also like to clean with the door open and (apparently for more fun) with music playing, so they turn on the TV. Consequently, sounds echo throughout the entire floor, making it impossible to get a good night's sleep in the morning. Since the tanning areas on the rooftop are slightly zoned, many people assume they are alone and listen to videos and music without headphones by the pool. Relaxation, quiet, and privacy are completely out of the question. Breakfasts are always cold, even the scrambled eggs, as they're not cooked to order but simply laid out in bulk on a tray. If it gets cold, it's not their problem. If comfort, quiet, respectful staff, and adequate service are important to you, I would not recommend this hotel. For me, it will always remain 'the worst'.

Very large and beautiful room! Well equipped and well designed. Despite our surprise that they were having renovations during our stay, the hotel quickly remedied by providing all guest free afternoon sets everyday, which is quite cool. Also they celebrated my wife’s birthday and made it really special for her in the day. Hotel location is easy walk to beach, and Carnival Magic, but that’s pretty much it. It’s better to have a car or bike if you like to go further. Overall very satisfying stay

The stay at Phuket Kamala Beach was overall disappointing and did not meet expectations. The service quality was poor throughout most of the stay, particularly at reception, where the staff came across as unhelpful and not very welcoming. The hotel location was also inconvenient, with very little within walking distance, meaning taxis were required for most activities, restaurants, or shopping. The room itself was acceptable and reasonably comfortable, but the advertised pool access experience was misleading. Instead of direct access to the main central pool, the room connected to a much smaller and awkward side pool next to the building, which was not what was expected when booking. Overall, not a property I would personally return to.

This hotel has a great vibe, with beautiful neon lights illuminating the pool and a rooftop bar and pool. It reminds me of GTA Vice City! :) The food is delicious. The surrounding area has a lot of international hotels and many Europeans, so prices here are a bit higher than elsewhere. Kamala Beach nearby has a wonderful atmosphere, and you can take many beautiful photos at the hotel itself.

First hotel at Phuket and also is the best hotel in our trip. Room is clean, staff is polite , and the restaurant is highly recommended, we checked in at 5pm and take a diner there , is surprised us and the price is reasonable compared to with other hotel here. We stay for two night , just one things for the rooftop bar, is need to go up the stairs….

The hotel is quite boutique and manageable in size, which was perfect for us traveling with two small children. The absolute highlight is definitely the rooftop pool and rooftop bar. The atmosphere up there is stunning and creates a perfect setting to unwind and enjoy the view. Live music is played in the evenings. The only small downside for us was that there were no organized activities for children, and the indoor playground offered only limited play options. This could definitely be improved to make the stay even more family-friendly. That being said, it is still a very, very beautiful hotel with a fantastic pools.

Great for family trips! It's close to the beach, and you can easily get to the Intercontinental next door or grab a tuk-tuk. Both the pool platform inside the hotel and the downstairs pool are perfect for kids. It's a quiet retreat despite being in a lively area.

Super clean, fresh, and new hotel, perfect for a family vacation. The rooftop pool is awesome with a great sunset view. Rooms are quiet, spacious, and cozy.

The Marin is a fantastic facility. It’s very close to two beaches while having their own stunning pool area in their rooftop. The staff provides fantastic service and they have shuttle service to those beaches. A beach club is only a walk away and it’s close to the attractions nearby. Room was fantastic, stayed here during offseason

Great hotel, very cozy. Excellent service, top-notch. Loved absolutely everything. Delicious breakfasts. A short walk to the sea. The direct pool access from the room is a fantastic bonus, we really appreciated it. Thank you for a comfortable stay! We'll definitely be back!
