extremely dirty room empty bathing liquid bottles and super expensive prices at the pool bar for 4 mojitos over 60 dollars

Not worth the price that we paid. Bedding was wet. No ice in the ice machine on our floor. No ATM. No breakfast. No microwave. Bathroom door was dirty. Cleaning of rooms only once every 3 days. Fees, fees & more fees. 2 check-in clerks for 2 hotels.

Great pool & atmosphere. We love staying at this hotel

Pool very nice and live music in evening.

The sound insulation is not very good.

The pool and area around the property was great. In fact I liked the pool more here than the other resorts we have stayed at. I didn't like the beds, the lamp was busted in our room, and the couch was full of stains. The evening bartender was a total ass.(the tall one) The way he spoke to PAYING CUSTOMERS was completely uncalled for. It doesn't state anywhere that you have to go up to the bar to order food and beverages, but he had no issue bellering how this is key west you can walk up to me and wait for a beer.

We stayed on last minute. All in general was great. 2 issues 1. The Rooster walking is up at 430 am. NOT COOL. 2. System was down at check so we had no key. I filled out survey upon check in and Mentioned it. A manager called me and was very nice to apologize for the inconvenience. He asked what he could do and i said all was cool. He asked about room service so i agreed and asked about a non checkout. I thought it was great that he came and offered because most of the time no one calls. That said no one ever came to turn the room or update coffee and towels like be offered. That was a bummer. The lesson here is to follow-up with the things you promise or offer people. Not certain is he forgot to convey or the people he conveyed to did not follow thru. Thx. TR and Jaux

The area was nice. I found the price of the motel rooms expensive as on top of what we paid they added a resort fee of 50$. I found that the floors in the room were sticky and not clean.

This was one of the WORST stays I've ever experienced! I travel for work 80% of the year, so I've stayed in MANY different types of hotels, and this one is horrible. What you get for what you pay is beyond ridiculous, this should have been a third of the price. The staff needs to be trained on customer service and what it means to work a t a hotel. We were woken up on more than one occasion by the housekeeper either having a loud conversation outside of our door, or slamming the next-door every single time she went in and out while cleaning. The room itself had what looked like blood spatter on the ceiling, no joke, and then of course there are the damn roosters that want to start screaming at 4am everyday!

Basic hotel for the price. Didn’t use anything other than the room. For the cost, there should have been a free breakfast. A $90 resort fee charged when all I needed was a room to sleep. We won’t be going to the Keys again due to the expense. Not our kind of town
