Ulasan Laya Resort Phuket Island

We had a delightful stay at Laya Resort. The hotel's aesthetics were truly stunning, and our room was spotlessly clean and comfortable. Every member of the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, offering friendly and polite service throughout our visit. While the location was a bit distant from popular tourist spots, we found the peace and quiet refreshing after busy days exploring the area. The only drawback during our stay was the limited variety in the breakfast offerings; the meal was repetitive and we got tired of it after a few days. However, we understand that the hotel is new and still building its clientele, which might affect the range of options they can provide. In summary, we thoroughly enjoyed our experience at Laya Resort and would recommend it to others looking for a tranquil, beautiful place to stay, as long as they don't mind a bit of a commute to explore the city's main attractions.

nice stuff ，just a little far from the shops。

之前看到這家酒店雖然是五星好評，但是沒有文字或者圖片的評價。預訂的時候有點忐忑不安，擔心酒店的好評是刷出來的。晚上一個人帶着兩個孩子落地普吉機場入住的時候非常方便，第一是因為離機場很近。第二，他們的前台有會説中文的小哥，名字叫Mango，服務非常熱情，溝通交流問路特方便。第三就是酒店雖然不大，但是非常非常新，有一棟還正在裝修，但是完全不幹擾入住。酒店的早餐雖然並不是很豐盛，但是我覺得該有的都有了，第四、酒店的泳池水挺乾淨的，因為每天都看到有工作人員在打掃。唯一的小缺點就是地方偏遠了些，但是打車我用bolt打車非常方便的，出行到巴東海灘大概打車50分鐘左右，就也還好。離開酒店的當天下雨了，餐廳服務員很貼心的沒有催大家離開，反而不停問大家有什麼需求。總體感覺性價比非常高，無論是泡酒店也好，出去玩也好，衹要叫車方便，我覺得都挺好的。下次還會再來。

酒店因為是新開業的，設施設備都很新，因為不靠海灘，床上用品一點也不潮濕，整潔乾淨。房間用品齊全，想得很周到，喜歡，作為一個臨近機場，過渡的酒店值得推薦。 酒店工作人員熱情，有禮貌，微笑服務，體驗感很好。

酒店設施都很新，乾淨衞生房間不潮，員工服務熱情周到，餐廳味道好價格合理，萬達旗下，感覺是專門面向中國人的高檔酒店，位置有點偏但好處是安靜，很適合會議團建之類的。

距離機場很近！酒店新開的很乾凈~早餐種類有點少。但是周圍很不方便~ 沒有吃飯的地方 並且新酒店有點味道 適合住一天

The environment is so quiet and food includes different kind of tastes and so delicious! the swimming pool is so clean and beautiful. the restuarant which offers dinner,lunch and breakfast, so great!!! The facility in rooms is well equipped with brush,cleaning towels,kettle and serence air conditioner. the staff can speak different languages such as Chinese and English.

Laya Resort is a gem on Phuket Island! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and exceptional service. The resort's stunning architecture and lush surroundings create a peaceful oasis away from the hustle and bustle. Our room had a spectacular view of the ocean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. We loved lounging by the pool and sipping cocktails from the bar. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options to start our day. We had an unforgettable experience and highly recommend Laya Resort to anyone visiting Phuket.
