Good as usual. Nice breakfast. Free pool and gym. International guests

I loved the hotel it was great. I complained about a few broken things and they fixed them next morning. I won’t lie the gym was horrible. Equipment was old and machines didn’t work. I went there once, there is a gym around the corner 250 bht it’s excellent.

Location good , can walk to night market and have many massage shop near by But one thing not good at all !! In the restroom that I'm staying last night ( shower gal and shampoo they put water inside, ( same like put abit of shower gal and put more water no have feeling liquid at all ) i already inform front straff but no body care about it , they act like normal no service mind at all.

Great location and smiling people. 1 minute walk to 711. 2 minutes walk to massage.

We booked a pool access room but then saw it said the pool is closed until the end of Nov, however we did still have access to a smaller pool - it’s just the main pool that is open and they’re offering a free lunch to compensate. We only stayed 1 night but thought the hotel was beautiful, clean & friendly staff. Hints of traditional Thai in the room design which is a nice touch. Bed was firm but not too firm - we slept very well! The only issue we would say is that the balcony door seemed a bit insecure which would give me anxiety if we were staying a long time (there is a safe available).

The hotel service was very nice and very clean hotel. Which is very near to the beach and got so many restaurants outside.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The swimming pool was amazing—really big and clean, perfect for relaxing. The rooms were also very clean, and the housekeeping did a great job. The hotel is in a good spot with a market nearby.Overall, I really enjoyed my time here and would definitely recommend it!

Very bad attitude of the front desk especially the manager, very old resort,the floor of the room very sticky and there is no slippers in the room provided so i called the reception to send it but they never sent it! Also they asked for 3000baht of deposit which was 2 times of my room price, very unreasonable, you are leaving phuket with that much of cash unable to use it, I definitely wont come back even thought it is cheap!

Everything excellent beside the staff. The staff doesn’t make any effort to assist and some can be rude. Absolutely ridiculous the pay 3k of deposit when absolutely nothing worth that value in the room, not even the price of the stay. It’s a potty because the hotel is GREAT.

Excellent hotel, very convenient location, clean and pleasant with excellent service. Breakfasts are very varied and tasty, the pool has clean water, the rooms are well and regularly cleaned.

Decent location but quite a walk to the beach especially with kids. cleaniess of the bathroom can be improved. Simple pool and breakfast. You may consider if you are travelling on budget.

Location is great, room is a little old but acceptably clean. The view is a construction site so nothing much to look at

This is a good and presentable hotel. We were glad when madam on reception finally found for us kingsize bed, despite I booked this room couples hours before. The room was nice, with partial pool view (6th floor), clean and without **** smell. Honestly, it’s a little bit need renovation. Kara beach is not the best beach in this island. Only 2 roads leads to the beach, so it’s so comfortable to get there. Also this is like “Russian district”. I’m Russian and I like people, but not in this time and not when so many people.
