Ulasan Pattra Mansion by Aksara Collection

Anda tidak sepatutnya tinggal di sini jika anda tidak mahu menjadi makanan serangga (ular, nyamuk, lipan). Anak perempuan saya digigit lipan betul-betul di dalam biliknya semasa dia mula-mula tiba. Selepas itu kami terpaksa beredar dan mencari hotel lain dengan segera. Bukan itu sahaja, tandasnya sangat busuk dan kotor. Semua perabot di dalam bilik itu sangat lama, anda boleh bayangkan bahawa semua yang anda sentuh boleh pecah pada bila-bila masa. Kakitangan tidak ramah langsung, hotel tidak mempunyai lif, kami terpaksa membawa banyak bagasi menaiki tangga tetapi tidak menerima sebarang bantuan daripada kakitangan. Kakitangan juga tidak bersemangat dalam membimbing saya dengan soalan yang saya ajukan. Saya pergi serta-merta selepas 1 jam dari daftar masuk.

Ia tidak buruk tetapi sedikit bising selesa kerana kelab di sekeliling

Clean hotel with a swimming pool outside. Would visit again.

A very pleasant and excellent stay.... They hold a cafe in house which is Moments pool cafe ... They have some amazing standards and quality for food.

We stayed for eight nights. We really liked the hotel. Great location, big room, good cleaning, great that there is a swimming pool, small but green and cozy territory. We are happy to recommend this hotel.

Everything superb and worth your spending. Except WIFI, it is not feasible. If mansion improve its WIFI, 5 star perfect score.

We booked the hotel looking at the pictures provided in ***********. Upon arrival, we were not given a room with a view, which means both the rooms where given at the back side not the front side . So from the balcony we could not enjoy the view rather it felt unsafe. I travelled with my families and this was not expected. I booked the room way more earlier than the day we arrived. So we expected a room at least with a good view from the balcony. So paid this much and then did not get the view from the room actually disappointing.

seriously said, if u’re coming to phuket and plan to stay at old town area.. please… please consider this hotel!! everthing is really good and nice

Nice surprise! Great hotel with nice pool. For this price a great choice!

Given this price, I will rate the booking to be 6/5 because it really worths every coins. The room is large, and even with a small balcony. The air conditioner in our room is cool enough. The location is also quite good as it is a walkable distance, with around 10 minutes to the centre of old town. However, in my friend's room, the water pump is broken and still not working until the end of our stay. This is the only limitation in this hotel I will say.

It is so close to old Town. Not close to the sea.

The room and bathroom was big and nice, very clean. All the hotel and swimming pool was clean. Very well located, we loved it. It is calm :)
