Clean and nice room. Big comfy bed. Friendly and helpful staff. Close to the beach. 7/11 is in 2 min walk.

This is first time that I visit kata Bai D. They make me happy with good service good location.

Different from the whole experience in Phuket, here the staff was amazing, very kind and helpful, room was clean, amenities were good. The staff helped us a lot to find a car to airport during heavy storm.

Very friendly staff and clean spacious rooms. Highly recommended if you plan to vacay in kata. Will come again~

This is a very nice place, run by nice people. The staff is very friendly, and it feels like the owner is putting their soul into the hotel. The room wasn't very large, but it had everything I needed, and there's also a balcony. The beach is nearby, as are the shops and the cafes. It was also very pleasant to get a Christmas present on 24th of December! I'd definitely stay here again for my next visit to the Kata beach.

Amazing place, great value for money. Super friendly, sincere and helpful hosts. Homey inn with clean rooms, it was a comfortable stay. I was looking for something simple and this place provided that and more! You can get bottles of water, beach towel, beach mat, room fridge. Nearby there are pharmacy, beachwear shops, restaurants, massage places. 5 mins walk to the beach. Awesome location. The drawback is that it's next to a busy road so the vehicles can be loud sometimes, the rooms that don't face the road are quieter though at night once in a while you can still hear a very loud engine, but for such a convenient location, this is to be expected and it didn't bother me. Other inns in the same location will have the same effect too. Note that there is no elevator so you'll need to carry your luggage up the stairs - I came with a small carry on luggage so it was totally fine for me :) Love the hosts, cleanliness and location. I will definitely stay again!

ОЧЕНЬ много плюсов : доброжелательные хозяева , завтрак в подарок, уборка когда нужно, все удобно и по домашнему ( тосты, арбуз, кофе, какао), местоположение, 7/11 за углом, стирка за углом, рядом пляж и рынок ночной, прокат байков за 200 бат. Ну вот все супер, кроме минуса! МИНУС главный и единственный этого отеля. Тараканы. Это ужас( простите меня хозяева, но не могу не написать) сначала увидели как они ползали в холле, ну вроде открыто все да и ладно, но потом увидели их в спальне! Прям перед сном! - не могли спать! Они огромные! Очень противно и жутко.- съехали на след день! 😭😭😭
