The hotel was beautiful and close to the airport which is convenient for tourists. The surrounding area though was dirty and it smelled. The service was a bit poor because we had a shower drain problem and we reported it immediately but it took them forever to fix it, we were really annoyed. They fixed it after 3 reports to the reception and 3 calls. By that time we had already given up. Other than that it was beautiful and the food was amazing. Also you have to pay a deposit of 2000 thb .

It is condominium with small one bedroom apartments. Large swimming pool. Not good Wi-Fi, not friendly personal.

This hotel was THE worst hotel I have ever stayed at in my WHOLE LIFE! We only booked one night for catching early flight the next morning and the reason was purely due to the location of the hotel, arrived around 9pm, there were a couple of guests before us for checking, it literally took them more than 30 minutes to check in 2 people plus our family of 4, they gave two rooms in two separate buildings to the two friend guests before us, then gave us two rooms in two separate buildings as well, we are a family of four with two young children and all luggages are all mixed up, it would be so much hassle to deal with if we stay in two separate buildings. So I asked if we could have two rooms closer, the female receptionist told me two buildings are close, I told her I don't want two rooms in two buildings, she claimed they separated us because I booked two rooms with two names which is nonsense, then the male named JAME came over said "show me the booking!" which I was shocked as I have NEVER been shouted at by any hospitality service providers in my whole life, I said: Excuse me?! Mind your attitude. He told me the whole hotel was booked out; there's nothing they could do. Then I gave my booking details which clearly stated I booked two rooms under my name on one booking transactions on Nov 24, then he was silent with anger face but without any apology what's so ever. another 5 minutes went by, he gave me two room passes and said: now you have two rooms in one building. Oh my lord, is this a hotel?! Did their staff understand what hospitality is?! Have they been traind how to do their job properly?! We had a flight to catch in less then 7 hours and I didn't have energy to waste on them. After more than 30 minutes for checking, another 10 minutes wait for the shuttle bus to send us the actual hotel building(Yes, checking lobby is far away your room), we finally made to our rooms, the worse was waiting for us: there's NO slippers, NO shampoo, NO conditioner, NO bodywash, one towel for two guests, NO TOILET PAPER!!! How to function in this kind of hotel room?! It's almost 11pm, we only had less then 5 hours to sleep, no time to call and complain, my daughter and I used the dim sized soap to have a quick shower and just wish we could get through this whole situation as quickly as possible. Then next early morning, it was the same guy (name JAME) at the lobby, when I told him it lacked all necessities in the room, again there's NO apology but a question was thrum on my face: YOU COULD CALL, RIGHT? Ridiculous!!! I don't know how this kind of service could exist for a hotel, I don't know why this kind of hotel could still have business. Trip.com, seriously, you should remove this hotel from your site so no one's holiday will be ruined by it and you're welcome.

It was very nice to stay. But too far from attraction. But enjoyed here. Cheap but service was really good

Nice hotel. Very close to airplanes Mai Khao beach 🏝️. There is a transfer to another beach. Big rooms and nice cleaning. The territory is also clean and tidy

Check-in/ out experience is terrible and takes for ever, so not worth it for short stay. Common areas are super hot. Room was ok, bed was short, I am just 180cm.

The floor is very dirty. The air conditioner is very dirty. The hotel restaurant has a nice view. Check-in is very slow.

Pros: The hotel is about an 8 min drive to the airport and 10 min walk to the beach. Rooms are more holiday-apartment style with a kitchenette and lounge area + bedroom. Our room was cleaned daily & check-in was a breeze. They have hourly shuttles to the beach and back. Buffet breakfast with a wide variety of meals. There’s a Sabai Massage and a 7-eleven just around the corner. Cons: The main lobby is not wheelchair - friendly they don’t have a ramp and you will have to lift your heavy suitcases over the steps to and from reception!!The shower gel & shampoo are tiny only enough for 1 person to use just once.They provide only 1 gown and sleepers to use for 7 days. There’s a laundry service that only takes 10 baht coins and you need to go to the bank to get them if the 7-Eleven doesn’t have enough! Waisted a whole day tryin to get coins cos the hotel didn’t have any & the banks were closed. Other than that the staff was friendly and helpful and we had a wonderful stay!

Not really a hotel, this is a development of tiny bedsits being sold as holiday homes and being rented out as they are not all sold. Only positive is that it’s near the airport.

Wow a beautiful hotel! Very new definitely the nicest in town. Solid price! The view was stunning they have so much land at this hotel feels very private. Shuttle to and from beach and the front lobby

Hotel was clean and affordable. No airport shuttle but a shuttle to local beach area. Nice size pool.

A wonderful place nearby airport , which is very convenient after or before flight. Huge territory with beautiful pond is big plus for quiet vacation} Including shuttle bus to the beach ) fast & free. You can enjoy swimming pool and 7/7 food shop nearby. We must thank reception department especially friendly Ms.Soda who help anytime. This hotel is new and usually there is not too crowdy. If you need cleaning the room please ask twice and you get it as soon as possible] Sure we recommend this place to rest on Phuket

nice hotel with big rooms. But there's no free airport shuttle. Overall the room is very nice, if the price is low, I would recommend. Getting a grab to airport is quite easy, and cheaper than book a taxi from hotel.

Outdated access system. Room key malfunctioned, and reactivating it at reception didn’t help. We were stuck in a hot corridor for 1 hour due to the outdated door lock. Staff tried their best, but the system needs an upgrade.
