The room was really spacious, clean and good location, having a small kitchen was great

I made the mistake of moving from one hotel (The ***** Patong) to this hotel during the second half of my trip. That was a big mistake! The Good: - The Lobby is nice - friends were okay with their room, located in the main building. The Bad: - The room located in second building are very much an afterthought. The room key is a chunky block that’s inconvenient for traveling around with. - The couch and decor pillows on bed had a rancid smell. I didn’t sit or place any clothes on while staying there - The pool is okay, but sun is blocked by design of building with no room to move lounge chairs. - The airport service car broke down while taking me to airport You’d better take your chance at another cheap hotel nearby x

A very clean hotel in a beautiful location. The breakfast was fresh and delicious. We went as a couple and we definitely recommend it.

The hotel is beautifully presented from the lobby to the corridors leading to the rooms. Pool is glorious if you're not up for the walk to the beach. The balcony next to the bed is nice to wake up to. But. That's about where it ends. The room at first glance looks pretty, but there were chips of wood missing from the around the bed finish, I'll fitting sheets for the size of bed. The nozzle of the bidet is made of plastic and was horrendously stained so we didn't feel comfortable using it. The shower and shower head were covered in limescale and scum build up, I shouldn't have to clean a hotel shower before I use it. A certain male member of staff who seems to work the later shift, the one with earrings, was extremely rude upon our arrival despite advising we would be checking in later than 3pm. When signing the paperwork for the room deposit he was very rude, rushing me and upon finding out I was reading the paperwork before signing he snatched it put of my hands and said it was a "hotel secret" seems a bit dodgy to me. Any time we would arrive back at the hotel he would cast very unsettling looks towards myself and my partner and when we requested fresh towels for our room the member of staff was rude and said we couldn't have fresh towels, despite us using them for the shower and the room instructions stating we could re order towels at our convenience. If you don't care about customer service, you could come here. But if you do care, book somewhere else.

Nice hotel. Cover all the amenities. Excellent halal food and other shops nearby. The pool is nice but wasn't able to use it due to rainy weather.

Good hotel for me

The staff were helpful, warm & courteous. The Grand Deluxe Room is comfortable & good value for money. We ate 3 dinners in the hotel and we stuck to Thai Food. It was very good. Buffet breakfast is very good too.

Room was ok, however air con was leaking horribly, window was leaking as well, room was wet and all the hotel could do was wipe the floor. even after fixing the aircon once, it was still leaking. charged us 3000 baht for an extra person which isok. however when we asked for extra towel as we paid extra, they asked us to pay another 500 baht for towel. absolutely ridiculous. we had to complain and talk to them before they willingly gave us the towel. amenities were fine but room did not even include utensils and what not even when there was cooking amenities in the room. hotel breakfast was a small spread but still ok considering that it was 250 baht. never staying here again

Room: just okay nothing extra ordinary, not spacious at all. Service: The restaurant employees were more welcoming and friendly than at the reception desk. Food: The pastry’ 🥐 tasted awful, but loved the rest of the food. Location: Excellent, you can also rent a bike close by. Not too far from Bangla street.

Price is cheap, but we ordered king-size bed but they turned out give us two single bed put together which means that we need to sleep separately or sleep in the gap.

The location made it easy to explore the best of Patong while having a quiet place to return to. The staff was friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any requests or provide recommendations for things to do in the area. Their warm hospitality added to the overall positive experience. The residence also had a small but well-maintained pool, perfect for a refreshing dip after a day of sightseeing. It wasn't as large or luxurious as some of the bigger resorts, but it served its purpose well. Overall, my stay at Patong Bay Residence was enjoyable and provided a great balance between relaxation and accessibility to Patong's vibrant scene. It’s a solid choice for travelers looking for a comfortable, well-located place to stay without the need for extravagant amenities.

Stay was okay, it‘s a long walk to the beach. In my bathroom were black hair on the floor - definitely not mine. It was a bit disgusting, because after 4 days there were still there. For the money is the Hotel okay.

Beautiful place. Lovely location. Clean, friendly and homely.

For the price you pay, it's ok. Staff was kind and friendly. Breakfast was ok on some days. My friends and i weren't satisfied with the spa. Hallways get noisy in the late evening with kids running around.
