The hotel is located between Kata and Karon, very close to Kata Beach and convenient for visiting the cliffside restaurants. Breakfast was quite good. During peak season, the hotel price felt a bit inflated. If you're assigned a room further away, it can be quite a trek to find it.

I'd recommend staying in this room type during the off-season. I wouldn't suggest it during peak season as the price is significantly higher than similar hotels.

Everything was excellen. We loved the stay at Aurico Kata Resort. The staff was amazing, very politely and always ready to serve you. The room was big, with everything that you need and we really enjoyed the resort's pool in the evenings

We were not checked in until 2:00 PM, even though it was obvious that the room was already ready. When we finally received the room, the bathroom was extremely dirty, and so was the floor. There were hairs everywhere in the room. Despite informing the reception, nothing changed even by the second day. The pool water was extremely cold, as a large part of the pool is shaded at all times. While the location is okay, you can certainly find better-positioned hotels

The service was excellent. The hotel's little cat was also fun and friendly, you could pet it. The breakfast variety was decent, and the taste was really good.

It is a nice private resort where the staff are super friendly. We got a connecting room and this was the icing to the cake. The rooms are big and we have direct access to the pool from our rooms. A perfect holiday stay. Will come back again definitely

Great location with many massages and food outside of hotel. The pool and breakfast was the highlight of this hotel.

The experience is good overall. Though not beachfront, the hotel is a short walk to the beach. There are also a lot of shops and restaurants nearby. The hotel sound proof in the room is a concern, and the aircon occasionally make large noise. I forgot a necklace when leaving, the hotel staff promptly reminded me after. Really thankful for this.

This was our second stay at the hotel, and we booked two pool access deluxe rooms. Before arrival, we requested two connecting rooms, and the hotel made the arrangements for us. The breakfast was nicely arranged; although the selection was not very large, the food tasted good and the environment was comfortable with air conditioning. The main pool was excellent for enjoying time with friends, and the pool bar’s half-price happy hour offer was a great deal. However, the room cleanliness needs improvement, as we found insect droppings on the bed and had to ask the staff to change the sheets, duvet cover, and pillowcases immediately. Also, only two bottles of water were provided daily, which was quite insufficient—we hope the hotel can supply more complimentary bottled water.

The hotel is very quiet, perfect for a family trip. The pool water is also very clean. It's quite close to the Cliff Cafe. Highly recommend it for a second stay.

The pool access room was okay, and the humidity was acceptable. The hotel's little cats are adorable; if you see the calico sister, please say hello for me. The cliffside cafe is within walking distance, which is quite convenient.
