Is a wonderful stay for us. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We will be back again next time . The swimming pool is very big. The location is very convenient.

This was the worst hotel I stayed at out of the four I've tried in Phuket. The soundproofing between rooms, both upstairs and next door, was terrible. During my stay, the noise of furniture being dragged around upstairs went on 24/7, day and night. The hotel's only solution was to call and remind them, and that was it. Even though the occupancy rate was clearly low, they told me all other rooms were full and I couldn't switch. Breakfast also had very limited options.

The room had direct access to the pool, which my kids absolutely loved! They jumped right in as soon as we arrived. The hotel is very new and the room was clean and tidy.

The service was excellent! I didn't encounter any discrimination as mentioned in previous reviews. From the front desk to every staff member we met, everyone was very enthusiastic, greeted us proactively, and offered help. The hotel pool was clean, and the room was spacious. The facilities were pretty basic, and the air conditioning was quite noisy, but strangely, I could still hear the frogs and birds chirping outside. We weren't staying directly above the pool but in an adjacent building, also overlooking the pool. It wasn't humid at all, and the balcony got sun after 3 PM, perfect for drying swimsuits. The hotel is probably more than a 10-minute walk from the beach; we took the hotel shuttle back and forth, as walking would feel more like 20 minutes. All in all, we had a great stay!

The hotel was alright, but not as outstanding as I'd imagined. It felt a bit old, and there was some unknown noise disrupting my rest (it seemed to be construction behind the hotel, though not very loud). Most of the staff were friendly and enthusiastic (especially one named LID). The hotel is about a 3-minute walk from the nearest 7-Eleven and a 13-minute walk from the beach. There are many restaurants and a night market nearby.

The environment here is excellent, with warm and welcoming service. The breakfast spread is rich and diverse, and the swimming pool is absolutely beautiful. You can even order a floating meal set to enjoy while swimming and savoring delicious food. It's a shame I couldn't book a room with direct pool access, but I'll definitely choose this place again next time.

The hotel is 800 meters from Kata Beach, with a shuttle bus service available, or you can walk. To the left of the entrance, about 200 meters away, there's a 7-Eleven and a massage parlor, which is very convenient. The hotel's interior environment is great, the service is excellent, and the breakfast is also good. The facilities are very new, and it offers great value for money. No wonder it's highly recommended by Chinese travelers.

This hotel truly lives up to its reputation among Chinese travelers. I booked a direct pool access room and, before arriving, I was worried about insects on the ground floor, even bringing insect repellent. To my surprise, I didn't see a single bug. The bathroom was a bit dated, not as bright and new-looking as in the pictures. Breakfast was mostly Western fare. As for service, the cleaning staff on the first day were excellent, but on the second and third days, it was a different person who seemed grumpy. The biggest downside is the poor soundproofing. Every night around 11 PM, staff would push what sounded like a cleaning cart up and down the first floor, making a huge racket. Everything else was good; I didn't experience any discrimination, and they proactively helped with luggage. The location was also convenient.

Stayed here in 2024 and had a great impression, so I came back this year. The price for a connecting room went up by 50% compared to two years ago, but it included two Starbucks coffees. The fact that it's about a kilometer from the beach is a major drawback. However, the breakfast is genuinely excellent for its class, making a real effort to satisfy a Chinese palate with congee, stewed soup, and noodles – much better than hotels that only offer a ton of Indian food. The linens are a bit old, and the shuttle bus to the beach runs too infrequently, only twice a day. I might choose Beyond Kata next time.

Warning, warning, warning! This place is an absolute rip-off, seriously, if you're thinking of staying here, read our experience! I booked for four nights, initially with my name as the primary guest. A few days later, I added my travel companion but made a mistake with their name (not matching their passport). I realized this within five minutes, but the hotel refused to change the name! We tried communicating repeatedly through Trip.com, but it was no use. They then demanded an extra 1,000 Thai Baht per night when we checked in, which meant we paid an additional 4,000 Thai Baht (nearly 800 RMB) just for the two of us to stay in one room! Unbelievable! The accommodation itself was mediocre; the 'double bed' was two single beds pushed together with a gap in the middle that you'd fall into. This was the biggest disappointment of our entire trip to Thailand. They're clearly trying to fleece people. Don't book here; you never know what other tricks they'll pull!

The guests were informed of the applicable charge and were permitted to proceed with their stay after the Front Office team made this exception.Regarding the bed configuration, our rooms may be arranged with twin beds placed together to provide a double-bed setup. We understand that this configuration may not have met your personal preference, and we regret any discomfort caused.We respectfully disagree with the suggestion that the hotel attempted to "fleece" or intentionally overcharge the guests. Great for off-peak bookings, as the price is quite good. We booked two rooms for five days in July, and each room with breakfast was 400 yuan. During peak season, it can easily go over a thousand, so it wouldn't be very good value for money then.

The duvet was extremely damp, making it very uncomfortable to sleep. The environment itself was good, but they tend to assign rooms at the end of the hall to Chinese guests. The service attitude was mediocre. They claimed the room was above the pool, but the pool was nowhere in sight from our room.

Pros: The room has direct access to the pool, which was not crowded and had clean water. Breakfast was decent, and the hot dishes varied daily. Cons: The room always had a musty smell. Each room only comes with one key card, and an additional one requires a 300฿ deposit.

## Facilities: The facilities are quite comprehensive. There's a public swimming pool, lounge chairs, and a small bar. The room has a fridge and a vanity, and the balcony has a drying rack, but no hangers. The air conditioning in the room was very loud and blew directly onto the bed, and the fridge was also noisy. ## Cleanliness: The room was cleaned daily by the housekeeping staff and kept very tidy. ## Service: The front desk staff were all very good, and the dark-skinned gentleman at the entrance was also very nice. ## Other: During our stay, we didn't experience any of the discrimination that others have mentioned. Although our room was on the very end of the 4th floor with virtually no view outside, there were also rooms with good locations given to Chinese guests. Next to us, there was a white family whose room also had a poor location. From this perspective, I wouldn't say it's discrimination against Chinese people. One more thing to mention is that we stayed from July 20th to 23rd, and there was an empty plot of land outside. At night, various small animals made a lot of noise, which was really disruptive to sleep. During the day, there was a construction site nearby, and work started at dawn, haha. I guess that's not really the hotel's fault, just sharing our experience during the stay.
