Ulasan Zhongyu Select Hotel

We stayed for a day, checked into the hotel before 12 o'clock-this is class,thanks to the hotel, breakfast is good-soup,egg, pastries, some fruits, vegetables,juices, a room without windows, although we bought a room with a window, got a tree in the wall 😂 the floor is poorly washed, mold and dirt in the bathroom corners.

Overall the hotel is very good for accommodation, some rooms do not have windows, but this is not a big problem. Nice rooms and staff, but there are a couple of drawbacks. Very poor sound insulation, you can hear Everything that happens in the neighboring rooms.A very strange shower system, all the water flows into the room, the drain does not work properly, and an unpleasant smell appears after the water stagnates.

The room was nicely designed and nothing can beat that location! Everything was clean* and people were very respectful. The only minuses would be the slightly cigarette smell in the room and the clogged shower drain, but of those 2, the shower drain was the bigger problem, and it is easy to fix. (and, of course, a small fridge would do wonders, but I believe it is not that common in Chinese hotels)

It’s convenient because it’s close to the train station. So you can also book this hotel whenever you are in Beijing.

It’s a great hotel to stay for one night if you have to catch a train in the morning because it’s right next to the train station. I was shocked when the cleaning lady started to knock on every door at 8 a.m. They didn’t really care if you are sleeping or not. The hotel is also quite noisy- you can hear people everywhere around you.

I liked everything. The exception was cigarette smoke in the ventilation, which spread through the room.

Hotel right next to Beijing west railway station (beware in which of Beijing's railway station you arrive/start from first!). Chinese (/english) breakfast Free laundry service Staff not very used to non chinese guests, have your phone charged and translator app ready!

Location is good. Cleanliness is doubtful as they dont really vacuum as full of hair on the floor from past guest. Irritating part is getting woke up by their cleaners at 8am plus as they wish to clean the room!! Will be back for the location and restaurant outside the hotel. Room without window is too small and not suitable for family.

Aside from the location being right next to the subway and decent staff, I’m not impressed with anything else. It’s good enough for an overnight but if you like Clean floors and great service then no. The floors in my room looked like the floors in the subway. The hot water only went to a certain temperature and the ac didn’t get any colder than 22 degrees. Breakfast wasn’t good, my partner and I ended up skipping it even though we paid for it so even if we decided to choose better rooms, it’s the same breakfast service. It’s very limited and the staff isn’t willing to prepare a simple omelette because how they prepare it, we couldn’t eat it. The cleaners were polite but their standard of cleaning also need to be improved. I also think the hotel can do better with amenities. The bed slipper felt as if we were walking on the floor. What topped it off for me was that as I was leaving, I wanted to donate a few items and you’d think that they would try to assist. They basically to do me that they don’t provide that service and I’ll need to find a place to donate myself as a foreigner. My Chinese friend had to take the suitcase of items to donate on my behalf. I honestly would not visit this place again despite the location being ideal if you intend to use the subway.

Stayed here because it is a well connected location right next to Beijing west railway station. So if you’re here as a tourist the hotel is good for a couple of nights. Only downside/negative is that some hotel guests are very loud in the night which isn’t helped by the fact that the doors aren’t that noise insulated. One night was good but one night was quite loud, but the construction is similar to other hotels I’ve stayed in here. All in all, would recommend.

Its walking distance from railway station. However police checking is wiered

Guys the hotel and the service was all good, but please invest on english course for everyone!

Metro station is far away from hotel. Sound insulation need to be improved
