พนักงานน่ารักมาก บริการดุจดาวจำรัส ชอบความใส่ใจ ถามอะไรก็ได้คำตอบที่ดีเสมอ สระว่ายน้ำกว้าง ใหญ่ สะอาด อาหารดินเนอร์อร่อย ราคาไม่แรง ชอบมากค่ะ ห้องพักสะอาด ใหญ่ เด็กๆชอบมากๆ อาหารเช้าเยอะมากก ไว้จะมาอีกนะคะ 💓💓🏖️🏖️☺️☺️ ใครแวะมาเที่ยวที่ภูเก็ตต้องลองนอนที่นี่นะคะ ใกล้หาดมากกกก

Good location, close to Naka market and Phuket central mall. Homemade ice cream was really good. The receptionist was very helpful, an ultimate person who will guide you.

I recently had the opportunity to stay at Nam Naka Boutique Hotel, and while the experience had its moments of charm, there were notable areas that left room for improvement.
The boutique hotel is nestled in a picturesque location, offering a tranquil atmosphere that provides a welcome escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. The staff were generally friendly and welcoming, contributing to a positive initial impression.
However, one aspect that stood out was the somewhat lacking amenities. While the hotel exuded a quaint charm, it fell short in terms of modern conveniences. The absence of certain amenities that are considered standard in many hotels left a noticeable gap in the overall guest experience. For instance, the fitness center was minimal, and the Wi-Fi connection was inconsistent, making it challenging for guests who rely on a reliable internet connection.
Cleanliness, another crucial aspect of any accommodation, was also a concern. Although the rooms had a rustic appeal, I couldn't help but notice that certain areas were not as well-maintained as expected. The attention to detail in cleaning seemed lacking, and this detracted from the overall comfort of the stay. It's essential for a boutique hotel to prioritize cleanliness to ensure guests feel at ease during their visit.

Budget hotel with nice decoration, clean room and they provide all necessary stuff in the room.
For those who really need the silence while sleep might need to consider as it could get some noise from the road in front of the hotel but I'm fine with that.
