Staff was super friendly. Room is cleaned daily, breakfast is delicious and have various choice. Right along the beach and beach bar is comfy. AC is excellent, public pool is also super clean.

I booked this hotel because it's right at the beach. When I arrived, they upgraded me to a different "nicer" room. I was very happy about this.😊 The room it's self looked really beautiful and it's big! I arrived early, so my bags were dropped, and I was out of there. I was so excited to explore. I got back to the room late, took a shower, and then realized the disappointment. The bed was super hard. It has a kitchen, with a kettle, 2 cups and glasses. If you need anything else like pots, pans, or cutlery, you have to ask for it. I found a checklist with things listed that were not in the room. I could not even enjoy sitting on the balcony as my "upgraded" room had a view of a wall. The room I booked initially at least had the view of the swimming pool, which, by the way, closed at 7:30 or something like that. The hotel's restaurant had limited food and was not very good. All staff are very friendly and helpful, but the wait to be helped is way too long for an empty restaurant. Oh, did I mention, you are not allowed to swim at the beach, it's just for viewing. So my perception of this hotel when I looked at the pictures to book was "What a great place to unwind and relax and swim!" It's a misconception... Also, everything else is so far away you have to book a taxi to go to a nice bar or shops etc. There are a lot of massage places around and a taco shop, which I liked(probably the only thing). I stayed for 5 nights and wished the time to pass. If you are looking for a quiet place, with nothing around and don't want to swim in the ocean, then this is the perfect place.

Nice place to stay. Very helpful and friendly staff. Nearby restaurants, massage parlours and convenience store, very convenient. Tourists spots also nearby.I like it very much. Will stay there again if visit Phuket again. Five stars given.

The hotel located at the main road with no much shopping facilities around, quite for people looking for a relaxing place. The reception staff are friendly and welcoming. The room serves lady , she is very noisy and disturbing other comforts early morning. She rings the doorbell many times with yelling which you can hear at your room.  The swimming pool area are funny, make sure to check it before you book your stay.  Overall it was nice experience to relax away from all the distractions.

This is a good youth hostel if the prices were lower. It can't be called a hotel until they fix few important things. It is not very clean, especially the toilet. Even do it says that they renovated last year, the beds were not in good condition, as well as the bathroom. The sheets are stained and made from 2 different sheets and they are lacking the new towels. Sometimes we got ripped towels and sometimes the beach towels. The shower cabin has yelow silicon, lots of rust and someplace a bit of mold. Even do the room is non smoking, other people smoked on their balconies so the smoke often came into the room. The QR code for the restaurant is not working properly. The AC and the TV positions need to switch because you can't watch tv from the bed, but also if you turn on the ac it blows directly into the bed. Many times you need the AC because it is very hot during the night. On the other hand the staff is very nice, but the menagment doesn't really care. The beach is not for swimming, and it is not aloud to use the swimming pool after 19:30.

It was the worst leg of our trip. Management very unhelpful, breakfast charge per person was 430bht ridiculous, poor quality and cannot understand 5 star...it is not worth it. Food was disgusting ordered twice, hoping it would change...pathetuc. I will not recommend staying there. Coffee in room 1 each...very stingy management, looks like family owned saving a buck. Not worth the stars. Needs review. When complained, other eople also checked out early with no refund. Sad

The place is alright and good for short stay. The environment is good and the breakfast buffet is nice
