We absolutely adored our stay at the hotel. It was a fantastic experience filled with so much enjoyment. The breakfast and lunch offerings were both delicious, and I particularly relished the food. The hotel's convenient proximity to various attractions and amenities played a significant role in our decision to select it for our stay..

Good location. Free parking however nothing much to eat nearby. Wanted to order ala carte breakfast but they only have buffet option.

This hotel was so amazing. I booked it because my boyfriend and I were interested in being closer to the pier which would take us to Phi Phi Island. The pictures showed us the decor and the cleanliness and the price was very affordable. The staff is very helpful, especially Fern. She was patient and informative. My boyfriend ended up booking another night in a different room because of how much he liked it.

The place is nice and quiet but if you have a bad neighbor you can't sleep at morning. It will be important for the hotel to remind some guests to be quiet at morning. I like the hotel environments, i like the ladies whose clean my room. the receptions ladies are super friendly. I recommend this hotel.

Good location on the edge of the old town. Clean room. Safe parking in the hotel basement parking area. Wi-Fi was a bit slow but usable.

From my room, I could see the stunning turquoise waters and the bustling activity at the pier. It was a truly mesmerizing sight that added an extra touch of magic to my vacation. Additionally, the hotel had excellent amenities to offer. The pool area was a perfect spot to unwind and soak up the sun, and the on-site restaurant served delicious breakfast buffet with a wide variety of options. I enjoyed indulging in the local cuisine and sipping refreshing cocktails while enjoying the beautiful views. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone planning a trip to Phi-Phi Island. everything was nice, at the beginning was little upset because they gave me the room on the ground floor, but then realised that despite the terrace here don’t have any view it is really quiet though

Apart from the location (a bit far from popular tourist destinations and sandy beaches) everything about the hotel is wonderful.

I stayed at Grand Supicha City hotel with a friend and had a pleasant experience. We chose this place because of its proximity to the pier, which was convenient for us. The hotel was clean, and the staff was friendly and accommodating, allowing us to check in late at night. Overall, our stay was smooth and we found the hotel to be nice.

Clean, budget friendly hotel in Phuket town. Unfortunately, no blackout curtains so very light in the morning. Housekeeping quite loud when going from room to room. Something to be mindful of if you wish to sleep in!

The location was ok but not fantastic, you need a taxi or scooter for everything because it is a long way on foot to find shops or restaurants. You could not rent scooters at the hotel and there is no laundry service either, which was a downside for us. When I spilled soda on the sheet, we had to pay 250 bath to wash the sheet. We didn't think this was service! We also had to go to our room via the swimming pool and that path was always wet and slippery, we almost fell several times even though we were careful!

My fam and I stayed in this hotel for two nights and everything was all good as we expected. It was a great location, 10 min walking to the Old Town. The swimming pool was alright and very helpful staff.
