Ulasan Maya Phuket Airport Hotel

Walking distance from the International arrival. Happy to know they have 24 hr reception, we arrived after midnight and we had an express check in. Breakfast starts at 630am which is very good for us with early appointment. Check out smoothly, too.

Me and my mom book for one night as a transit hotel because it’s very good location which is close to the airport and room all is good , but we just found out that we saw one drop on bed sheets which is look still fresh so we not sure it’s clean or not 🤔…

Great hotel near airport, around a 15 minute walk over rough paths but doable Lovely hotel, clean fresh and fairly modern although you can of course hear the aircraft taking off Great for the one night needed would stay again thanks

The hotel is nice ,I love the bicycle 🚲 available, near to the national Park in the Beach ⛱️, very amazing😍🤩 natural near to the Hotel , المكان جميل وينفع للرحالة بالقرب من المطار ،

A little disappointed with this hotel. AC was so very loud, which was placed on the balcony. The patio door did not lock properly. I couldn’t get hold of reception through the night. I was also promised a free taxi service to the airport through this site which I had to pay extra for. Overall not the greatest experience from a very sleep deprived customer.

This hotel is just okay. Perfect location for when you arrive in Phuket late at night and need to find a place to sleep within 5-min walking distance. But that’s about it. The room felt old and poorly maintained, floors and curtains full of stains, one curtain was broken and couldn’t be opened. Bed was comfortable, but we were woken up at 8 am by cleaning ladies talking loudly in the corridor. Poor noise insulation.

Disgusting “service”, the man at the front desk was so petty and making catty comments when when I requested to get clean bedding. I informed them even the floor was dirty, please clean, he told me it must be my bag that's dirty. After then saying he'd have them change the bedding, the below picture shows what the room looked liked when I returned- still not changed. Still dirty. He even said something in Thai as I left the room and the two cleaning staff were laughing with him, just rude behavior. The location was great, but I'd definitely go for another hotel close by next time.

Start with what’s good, location is super close to the airport, you could walk there but it’s hot and you would have to drag your bags around, in the end needed to get a car to take us which was a short yet expensive trip. It’s close to the beach and you will find lots of people taking photos with the landing and leaving planes there. The pool was pretty nice, our room had pool access straight out the bedroom. A giant sliding glass door which we couldn’t lock because the lock was broken, luckily nothing was taken when we left the room. Our room had decent amenities unfortunately it did not feel very clean there was a dying roach on the floor and the floors had a sticky feel probably related to the pool being so close. Room had all the amenities you expect from a proper hotel, only downside was the TV only had local channels, no Netflix or smart TV functions, which was strange as no Thai people were staying there, presume no one uses the TV. The other thing no one must use is the bath tub, we filled it up 3 times and every time the water was yellow. We decided not to use it and considered changing rooms but the water quality in all of them was about the same and the other rooms were downgrades with “no refund” from the staff their words to us (in Thai) was that foreigners don’t complain. In the end we just accepted it as it was late and changing hotel would have been too difficult at the time. I have stayed in worse places and all things compared it was not bad, but for the price I would not book again.

This hotel is rubbish, please don't step on it. 1. Hygiene is extremely bad. The previous resident did not change the sheets, quilts, and pillowcases at all after checking out. Unknown stains similar to feces and blood stains can be seen everywhere, and the sheets and quilts are covered with a lot of hair and dander left by the previous residents. . 2. The front desk of the hotel has a bad attitude and clearly feels that it discriminates against foreigners. After responding to the problem and providing photo evidence, the first thing he did was not apologize but refuse to deal with any problem with disgusted eyes. He ignored the customer and ignored him, which is obviously discriminatory. 3. After giving feedback to the Ctrip platform, I did not receive any response to the hotel, and there was no way to complain. The summary is: Never go to this rubbish hotel again, otherwise you will regret it! ! !

Maya Phuket hotel is in the perfect location if you're looking for an overnight hotel close to the airport. It is a quick 5 minute walk from the airport. The rooms are clean and spacious, the breakfast was basic but decent, and the pool is awesome.

The stuff were friendly and the hotel was quiet and good. Very close to airport and suitable for a rest after long flight! The breakfast wuality was good.

Perfect place near the airport! Friendly staffs and got nice restaurants around!
