Bilik yang bagus, bersih dan reka bentuk yang bagus. Lokasinya bagus, boleh berjalan kaki ke pantai. Cukup baik untuk berehat di Phuket tanpa terlalu ramai orang. Baik untuk keluarga dan pasangan. Tetapi jauh dari Patong. (Pantai berhampiran lebih baik daripada pantai Patong) Patong adalah untuk parti.

It was a nice decent hotel. A good quick trip nearby airport. Only 10 mins away. Take a grab from airport it be cheaper. Quiet and relax stay. Just the pool needs a little upgrade

Really loved the vibes and the service, breakfast not so much but the pool makes up for it.

This is probably my 5th time staying at this hotel and had a pleasant stay. It is located close (7-9mins) to the airport, and Naiyang beach is within walking distance from the hotel where you can find variety of food as well as you can enjoy the beautiful sunset 🌅.

We have an early flight next day and we choose to stay in this hotel. Its location is very near to the airport. This hotel is out of our expectation. It’s a very decent hotel. It is clean, spacious, with balcony and bathtub too!!

Reserved 3 rooms but one rooms a lot of mosquito and smelling bad and wet floor. Ask GSA to refund or give credit resort and give us only 2 rooms or give extra bed and comp ABF. But poor gsa can not decide and block communication with top management or top management not contact guest and did not give authorization to gsa. Argue almost an hour..we are so exhausted and bad experience. Breakfast is low quality. Dinner is not accept for Pizza which is signature dish ((recommended in menu) but horrible. Should be improve. Rokm is good facility but having mosquito. Room boy and maid and f and waitress ate very nice. Front GSA need to be improved in term of handle complain. Plus the mgt have to give authority Too tired to argue even try to give alternative solution yo them. Management need to be trained staff urgently

Staff is friendly and very helpful. Room is clean. Swim up room is great!

Very nice deco and design . Love the garden and especially turtle soft toy . Wonders any piece for sale!

Front line staff not really show that much that they willing to help or assist once customer ask for help.

I did not enjoy my experience at all and do not feel I got my money’s worth. This is not a 4 star hotel by my standards. The hotel is very dated and in need of a major renovation. Somewhere I read that there was a renovation a few years ago. I have to assume the rooms were not touched then because they are very old (the furniture, walls, plumbing, fixtures, all old). The pool floor looked dirty. The breakfast was poor - the omelet station was ok (fresh but very limited toppings), and the drip coffee decent, but all else not tasty, including the stale bread and the world’s worst croissants. The lobby is outdoors, the bathrooms in the lobby are not air conditioned. There is no where to go in the common areas to escape the heat and mosquitoes (and there are many many mosquitos on the property). The balcony in the room strangely has a single chair and no table. No hooks for the robes or towels. No hair conditioner provided. The provided toiletries are unbranded and cheap. They provide a shuttle to the beach but on a limited schedule. You can walk to beach if it’s not too hot. I think the hotel might offer free bicycles. I saw the bikes but reception never mentioned anything to me. There are plenty of businesses nearby. There is a coffee shop attached to the hotel that has great air conditioning, as well as an outdoor terrace. That’s the only positive thing about the property, other than the location. I would never return and would not recommend.

In general, the hotel was clean and delightful. The entrance was very nice with the flowers and the honeysuckle’s smell. The hotel was right in front of a convenient store and was only a short walk to the beach.

Excellent location to the airport.
