Really enjoyed my stay here! Room was spacious, modern, and clean. Really comfortable. Hotel has 3 pools, an excellent restaurant, and overall great vibe. The views from the balcony are spectacular. The only small minus is the location, which requires a bit of walking to the beach and to restaurants around. But still, doable. Luckily the hotel provides a shuttle to the beach and back every couple hours. Overall very recommended!

Good resort with outdoor swimming pool. Breakfast is below average though.

Cheap, furniture was old. Wifi and hot water didn't work. I really liked that it had 3 types of pools. Quiet and comfortable. Not a great location, far from everything.

The hotel is nice and has 3 nice pools, one big and two on the roof of different buildings.. the rooms are spacious and nice but I didn’t like the smell of the building

I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, I had a few issues. The air conditioning unit was very dusty, which triggered my allergies and made it quite uncomfortable. In fact, I had to clean the air filter myself to make it more bearable. Additionally, the hot water was unreliable—it only worked for a few seconds before turning cold again. This was disappointing, as it made it difficult to enjoy a proper shower. I hope these issues are addressed for future guests.

We booked a week ago and everything was perfect, the rooms was tidy and clean and it had a nice view. The price was affordable and the staff was helpful. The only issue is that the hotel is far from everything in phuket. Kamala beach in general is so far from everything and you have to pay alot to get to everywhere. Although there was a free shuttle every couple hours from and into kamala beach. I would definitely book again

Everything is great, the location, facilities, the staff very helpful and friendly. also to mention i was given a welcome drink while wait to check in.. the room also quite big, clean, smells good.. all provided, just couldnt find iron, but i dont need it anyways.. other than that im very satisfied..

We had a wonderful stay at Citygate! The hotel is amazingly priced for what you get, the hotel is lovely and they food on site is great. You can order straight by the pool with a drink or to your room with no issue. They let us check out an hour late as we went to the local elephant sanctuary and needed to pack before we left which was great. They also have someone there to help you book any excursions you may want to do. Don’t forget to haggle the price though! They have a shuttle to the beach as well! Oh also while I was there I saved a little bird from drowning in the pool.

The stay was excellent. The hotel have really good looks, great conditions. Breakfast was very prompt, the service of the shuttle bus to the beach was excellent, the reception was great and helpful. The only thing I would point out is the request on arrival for 1000 Baht as deposit. There was no previous information beforehand about this detail. Since I was unaware, they requested one of our passports as deposit. I never heard of a hotel requesting deposits. Highly inelegant on the hotel part.

It was pretty decent hotel and their cleaning services were good as they everyday come and clean your room. If want to go shop or 7-11 need to walk out for 10mins. Other than that it was very nice place.

Immediately after checking in, we saw that the large pool was closed to bathers and was dirty, we turned to the clerk and she said that there was a problem with the pool and there was another pool on the roof of another building that we could bathe in. We had to see and it was dark, a small and dirty pool, in the water there were electrical cables from it that broke inside the pool We went downstairs and wanted to cancel the reservation on the grounds that we were closed because of the pool and they should have informed us that it was closed The clerk, at the height of her impudence, said to us, "Did you come to be in the pool all day?" - Yes, I arrived at the resort and I will be in the pool all day We asked to cancel the reservation to find another place but we were told no and that if we want we can go but we won't get our money back We asked for a manager and the manager answered in a correspondingly disgusting and unserviceable manner Said he didn't have to announce the pool and that it didn't interest him and that we could register talkbacks if we wanted So Mr. Manager, I will never set foot in your shocking place

Was excellent service , the staff at reception was useful and helped me to book one of my best activities. I recommend this hotel to family and friends
