Very comfortable hotel, peaceful and quiet but not far from the restaurants and bars on Rawai beach. Highly recommended!

非常好，而且乾淨衞生，離拉威海鮮市場很近，訂的別墅房可以買海鮮回來自己加工，老闆人很好，煤氣無了晚上十點還過來幫忙換，值得推介

情侶住宿很合適，老闆外國人，很熱情，到了就安排了房間，也不用交按金。整體感覺挺好的，就是床太高了，門口有搖籃也挺舒服。

We loved this really attractive small resort with its pool and fropical vibe garden with hanging chairs. The room was spacious and spotless with a very comfortable bed. Just a short walk to the pier with its seafood market and lots of bars, restaurants, street food and beach. The location of the resort was perfect for us and it was peaceful and relaxing. Jack the lovely manager was extremely kind and helpful and Gio the owner was personally very welcoming friendly and helpful with advice and recommendations where to eat etc. (The Fish Bar Restaurant - excellent). We wished we could have stayed longer in the lovely duplex apartment we were upgraded to. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Thank you Gio.

A place to call home away from home. It had everything I needed for my first solo trip. Spacious rooms, with daily cleaning and always friendly staff. The garden and pool area has this warm and welcoming feel and super for relaxing or just enjoying your breakfast with coffee. Btw, good coffee machine is available to use in the coworking area, where you can also prepare food or get some work done. All areas are covered with good wifi. Since the rooms are situated in different parts of the property you do get a real sense of peace and quiet when needed. Also, it’s away from the main road, yet close enough to shops, seafood market and the beach. Stayed here actually two times and will definitely come back whenever in the area ☺️

A Very charming and cozy hotel in a perfect location. Spacious rooms, very clean and comfortable. Beautiful garden and pool. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Gio, the owner, is very friendly and always available to help make your stay the best possible. I highly recommend it. Difficult to get such a match on price/equality

Best of the best Having worked and vacationed in East, Southeast, and South Asia for more than 30 years, I guess I've stayed in more than a hundred hotels, the good, the bad and the ugly. The hotel I'm staying at now, the Namphunng in Rawai is hands down the very best. and I strongly recommend the place to others. Location is perfect--easy walk to massage places, conveniece stores, the ocean, and Rawai's vibrant nightlife. Facilieies are topnotch--I have a giant two story apartment with full kitchen. Pool sparkles. Very nice little tropical "forest" next to the pool. Wonderful staff. The manager, Gio, has a great sense of humor, but more importantly, if there are ever any problems with the room, he's there in a flash to see things get ffxed. Besides that, he likes to give complimentary upgrades when possible, and that's on top of very reasonable rates. So, I'd put this hotel at the very top of the many, many places Ive styed in Asia. Okay so the rooms are nice and the hotel is nice and the prices are okay even though you can get much cheaper places you pay for the spacious apartment, kitchen, aesthetic garden & pool . I have stayed here twice and so have my relatives I stay this time and because “gio” the owner/manager messaged me on WhatsApp telling me next time to book with him instead on booking . Com for a cheaper rate so I did , foolishly #trustthegreek his name on WhatsApp obviously that was a bad decision on my part but caused severe stress and unhappiness for me in my stay firstly his staff throwing away my things thinking it was rubbish & them not speaking any word of English despite me asking him and his other incompetent manager for them to not clean my room anyway this was my first stay here and few months later I message gio asking for a room and he tells me he can give me a rate of 20000 per month for a deluxe apartment in the off season. the air conditioning is broken and the room is too hot to sleep in my first night so the next day he gives me another room which & I pay him 15000 thai badt & we agree i give him the rest at a later date the next night the air conditioning still isn’t working so he offers to give me my money back or another room with a fan which I stupidly take so it’s much better but I stay elsewhere for the next 5 nights and I leave the place open so I can access it if I need to I then come back as I checked out the other place I was staying to find my room locked while there was a monsoon occurring and I’m soaking wet with all my luggage i message gio and he comes to unlock it, I then the same day ask gio to leave and for him to return me less than half the money I gave him and he had the audacity to try change the nightly rate we agreed on for even though the room was locked therefore I couldnt even access it and he then asks me to pay 1500 per night for a room i didn’t have access to the the rate we agreed was 645 per night and he tried to snake me for money asking for 16500 for the 10 days as I made plans to go elsewhere instead but needed the room for a few extra days as it was a inconvenience to move straight away anyway I requested less than what was a fair amount of money back 7000 he could keep 8000 for the 10 days I had wanted the room for instead he tries to up my nightly rate by more than double for staying less nights, he then ignores my calls when I want to check out and the next day when I confront him refuses to give my money back his manager is clueless and speaks no English and is actually rude and unprofessional both are really I’m not sure who is worse I would probably say gio as he is supposed to be the main boss and person who makes your stay enjoyable he gives off a friendly manner but if you give him the opportunity to be a snake he will, it’s not a bad place to stay but be very careful with how you negotiate make sure you sign a contract as he doesn’t give you one to sign he says this and doesn’t honour them we spea
