Ulasan Namaka Resort Kamala

Saya sangat berpuas hati, pemandangan malam adalah hebat pada waktu malam! Layanan kepada orang Cina sangat mesra dan sopan. Sarapan pagi sangat kaya dengan pelbagai, dan perkara terbaik ialah minuman! Meja penyambut tetamu sangat sopan dan perkhidmatannya bertimbang rasa! Bilik ini berhawa dingin dan tenang, menjadikannya mudah untuk tidur.

Tab mandi adalah menakjubkan dan pemandangannya agak cantik. Perkhidmatan ini sangat baik dan kakitangan sangat membantu.

I have small 3 kids..they asked me to separate the room as they can accomodate 2 adults n 2kids..but how..luckily they accept it because i already book a deluxe room plus 1 extra bed..anyway..the room is clean and huge enough for us...we get room with seaview but the tree should be trim for better view..we enjoy staying in namaka resort..my kids love the ocean..clear water n the wave is not as strong as karon beach

Terrible hotel everything was old, eerie(u interpret this) and dirty. I had to check out 1 day earlier and I gave them a chance for service recovery but they did not want to refund me that 1 day. I would have left immediately but I went for a full day tour and only realised how terrible the place is when I was back late at night. How is this 5 star in trip.com? The shower curtain was dirty with insects and hanged up in that manner as seen in the picture when I checked in. There is no secondary lock and the peep hole was dirty so can’t see clearly who is outside. You have to open the door to look who is outside the door. The safety deposit box was locked and I cannot use it. I didn’t bother to use it because the deposit box is not attached to the cupboard so defeat the purpose of a safety deposit box if someone can carry it away. The toilets were dirty with cobwebs and insect eggs at the side. Room smell like damp cloth. The ceiling had a gap as the vent was not affixed on properly. The rooms were far away from the reception and you have to take a bus to the nearest beach. When you check out , you can either wait for the buggy to pick u up or drag your luggage up and down the steep slopes to check out. Staff were not very good with English. Nice lobby and view though.

I stayed for one night in a Grand Deluxe room with a sea view at this resort, located in the mountain area of Kamala Beach. Check-in was smooth, though the staff wasn't particularly warm or welcoming. However, the room was beautiful, and I appreciated the birthday decorations set up for my girlfriend as requested. The sea and mountain views were stunning, and the swimming pool was lovely. The shower pressure was quite low, and the lack of an elevator meant we had to climb stairs frequently. Additionally, the blue sofa outside was surrounded by ants. On the positive side, the breakfast was first-class, and I really enjoyed it. The resort is ideal for relaxation, but keep in mind there is no entertainment and shops are about a 10-minute cab ride away. Overall, it was a great stay. ---

I love the resort, it has a good location to a beach. And if you want to go to the city, they do have a transport to take you there.

About good things first. The location is great for families with or without kids, close enough to reach Kamala beach, but far enough from town noise. The service good, facilities better to include more, e.g. massage or SPA would not hurt - otherwise clients have to ride to the town. Restaurant is good. Now a bit of critique. Once the came back in the evening and found the door open (while we had the valuables in the room) The receptionist just repeated "Are you sure" even it was probably visible on their CCTV and access logs (we used cards) Would've been nice from the hotel at least check that no one entered the room except workers and, to be fair, apologize. We'd like to believe this accident was exception rather than rule.

Love it the service is so good always smiling the view is nice the food so good I will definitely come back here is I visit Phuket and I advise my friends to go there

Regarding the Namaka Hotel, I can honestly say in brief that it only deserves three stars, and that is when I am being generous with it. There are no elevators to go to the rooms. There is no bathrobe. The shower is not suitable for adult use. The hotel is infested with harmful insects and reptiles. The hotel does not provide adequate bathroom facilities. Mirrors are stained and unclean. There is no decoration for the comfort of guests in the rooms. They only provide one pillow per guest!!! If there is one positive thing, it is that some rooms have a view of the ocean. Even the reception staff do not speak English well to understand the guests.

really enjoy place

Compared to last year, everything is more or less the same, except for breakfast, it is considerably worse than last year, fewer options, majority of dishes are noodle, pasta or rise based which would be fine if there was decent amount of protein in them, all dishes were bland. Last year, there were cheese and cold cut platers, including feta in olive oil. This year, there was only processed cheese and one type of cheap salami. In pastas, there was only processed ham if there was protein in it. We stayed 15 days and pre paid breakfast for all of those days, but after a couple of days, we stopped going to breakfast and kept ordering from different places.

So many spiders,bugs, insects in the bed and blankets too . Very dirty room.

Very beautiful location with the ocean view.There’s no elevator however they will drive you to your room with a gold cart.
