Ia adalah lokasi yang baik. Namun begitu banyak nyamuk dan bau aneh semasa saya mendaftar masuk. Penyambut tetamu hamil sangat mesra. Lelaki lain yang selalu buat syif malam bukan .

The location is not that good. It's a long way from any sort of bar, shop, and taxi stand. Reception staff were amazing and couldn't help enough. The room we booked was a deluxe double. It was a long way from being deluxe. Air conditioning made so much noise, Room was showing signs of poor maintenance and could do with a revamp. The pool area was great.

all was good, the staffs are so kind 🫶🏻 breakfast is in set menu but the portions is so big (tasted delicious) 😂😁 will be back someday~

The room is a good size. Location is steep hill with limted walking area. 1,5 km far from Patong beach.

Friendly staff, comfortable large rooms, great ocean and city views. Away from the hustle and bustle. Great for long term stays.

Доброжелательный приветливый персонал, номера уставшие. Сам отель уставший , но чисто. Довольно тихо. Есть аренда байков за 130 бат (старая модель), 300 бат - новые байки. Уборка номеров каждый день (по требованию). Территория с бассейном красивая.

Absolument magnifique ! Personnel souriant, avenant, attentif au moindre détail. Un endroit extrêmement calme où l'on se sent comme à la maison. Nourriture exquise et bien que l'hôtel ait besoin d'une bonne rénovation, il règne une ambiance chaleureuse, chargée de convivialité qui rend le séjour inoubliable !

Место хорошее, тихо и уютно. Сервис хромает, - уборка производится только по просьбе. Еда в ресторане очень вкусная.

Just returned from 12 nights stay as a family of 5. Staff are super friendly and very helpful. When I explained that my daughter was 17 and sharing with her 2 brothers they upgraded their room free of charge so she had her own private area, which was ideal for them. The room itself is quite dated and could do with some touching up. The bed was too hard for me but the staff were quick to add a topper and extra soft pillow to the mattress for extra comfort. The room is quite basic but was fine for our stay. Fresh bedding and towels upon request via a door hanger and you can leave this on anytime of the day and it will be cleaned when you return. Good location for Patong and shopping a short walk and you are in the town. Nice little bar and pool area, food very nice and a good choice. Overall a nice stay at a value for money hotel.

Excellent service the staff couldn't of been more helpful everything we asked they helped and organised. even an iron and a plug adapter. the rooms and bathrooms could do with a make over looking old we wasn't in the hotel long enough for it to effect us. highly recommended very central to all amenities

Four of us stayed at this hotel for different durations. My friend and I each booked a Grand Deluxe Room for 14 nights, while the other two opted for Standard Rooms for 10 nights. The Grand Deluxe Rooms were located next to each other on the first floor, overlooking the pool. While the pool area appeared pleasant from a distance, closer inspection revealed that it was outdated, with the sunbeds in poor condition. My room was spacious but featured two extremely hard single beds pushed together. The decor was dated but the worst aspect was the bathroom - it was in shockingly poor condition and extremely dirty. The shower head leaked water all over the bathroom wall when in use, causing it to run down the door frame and seep into the bedroom. To prevent slipping, I had to place a towel on the bedroom floor to absorb the water (pic attached). The bathroom itself was filthy. The bathtub's drain was clogged with leftover soap from a previous guest (pic attached). The sink was coated with scum, indicating it hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. Dirt was piled up in the corners of the bathroom floor, which was stained with mould and watermarks. The sealant around the bathtub was heavily discoloured and dirty and could have been easily cleaned with bleach (pic attached). The enamel at the base of the tub was peeling, making it uncomfortable to stand on while showering. The toilet was even worse, covered in mould and clearly neglected (pic attached). Despite raising these issues with the front desk (who were all charming and very friendly) multiple times and requesting a thorough clean, nothing improved for the first week. After escalating the issue for the third time and showing the team the state of my bathroom, they promised to deep clean it the following day. They also offered me an alternative room, which I accepted. The second room was an improvement, but it soon became clear that the housekeeping staff did not genuinely clean the rooms or bathrooms. They only made the beds and replaced towels daily. My second room’s bathroom was not cleaned once during the entire week I stayed there. The other three rooms occupied by my friends were in similar condition - tired, worn, and inadequately cleaned. This was far from what we expected. Although this hotel is rated three stars, its standards fell far below expectations. The rooms that are shown did not match what we experienced. The property is in dire need of refurbishment and a comprehensive deep clean, as its current state greatly detracts from the overall experience.
