Upon your arrival at 1:00 AM (for which 4 staff members stayed late to assist you), you demanded additional beds and rooms for free.Although we offered free futons and discounted rates for extra beds to help you, you declined and chose to leave. Our furniture and cleanliness are maintained to high standards, as shown in the photos you saw before booking. It is disappointing to see low ratings on 'cleanliness' used as a tool for retaliation after we refused to grant free upgrades that were not in your booking. We have already issued a 50% refund for your unused nights as a gesture of goodwill, despite the booking being non-refundable.

We understand that trying to sleep during the day in city traffic after such a stressful experience is difficult, and any external factors are more acute due to extreme fatigue. Room comfort: We place great importance on the quality of your sleep, so we recently updated all bedding, adding new mattress toppers and extra-comfort pillows. We regret that the firmness was not to your liking, as this is a very subjective parameter. Air conditioning: The system can be controlled either by remote control or by a dedicated wall switch. We're sorry you decided to completely cut off the power to your room instead of contacting the receptionist (we're available 24/7): we would have replaced the batteries or helped with the controls in seconds. Construction and bathroom: Our building's walls are made of durable concrete, providing reliable soundproofing. After your departure, we thoroughly inspected the bathroom: all equipment is functioning properly, clean, and meets standards.
