Overall, I'm quite satisfied. The location is great, the facilities are complete, and the service is attentive. I'd definitely consider staying here again if needed.

Excellent service as the staff helped us with our luggages and gave us good recommendations on food. As we wanted to climb Mount Tai but went unprepared, the staff Ms Shi Xue went the extra mile to prepare for us 2 walking sticks for my wife and myself as I will definitely need one due my knee operations. Thank you for the fantastic service

Beautiful hotel! I could not say a bad thing about this place, lady at the reception was so lovely, she upgraded me to the suit and the suit was amazing! I wish I could have stayed there longer.  Breakfast was fantastic, not to mention the dinner buffet for 108 Yuan , just fabulous. Delicious food, you are spoiled for choice.  If I am ever again in Tai’an I am definitely staying at this place. Excellent service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Tainan being a major city in Shandong Country i thing they need to take a proper care with the foreign guest. Service was okey but difficut for food. Morning b.fast major things were for Chinese People.

Excellent service and a rich breakfast. The only downside is that the room is a bit outdated.

The hotel rooms are spacious, and complimentary fruit and snacks are provided daily; the buffet breakfast and dinner offer a wide variety of choices; the staff are very friendly. The hotel is very close to Mount Tai, which can be clearly seen from outside the hotel.

Check-in was smooth. Families with children will be given souvenirs to distinguish between male and female babies. There are welcome fruits after check-in. There is butler service. There are souvenirs when checking out. It is very careful. For Shandong people, it is really great to have such service awareness. Tai'an's first stop is very good. Miss Zheng Hui's service is also excellent. I strongly recommend those with children to come and experience it.
